Välstädat + Boendet var rent och välstädat. Hade allt man behövde − Vi upplevde tyvärr ett missförstånd kring hotellets transport till flygplatsen. Det uppstod en oklarhet kring tiden för transporten, vilket resulterade i att vi själva fick stå för kostnaden för alternativ transport. Det som var mest tråkigt var att hotellet, trots missförståndet, inte försökte hitta en lösning eller hjälpa till att lösa situationen, utan lät oss själva bära den extra kostnaden. Vi hade uppskattat ett mer serviceinriktat bemötande och en större vilja att hitta en lösning.

Wonderful place and service + The place is actually nicer in reality than the pictures. We checked in after the restaurant was closed and Martin was so nice and fixed us something to eat regardless. 100% recommend. − Nothing
