Excellent stay + Excellent stay, beautiful room with a very comfortable bed. Very well-equipped and welcoming common areas. The lady who welcomed us and showed us to our room was very kind. Although she was not present in the house, she always answered our messages instantly with extreme professionalism and courtesy. Excellent position. − If I really had to suggest what to improve, I would say the towels had a bad damp smell and I would have replaced the shower curtain with a glass door. Highly recommended accommodation.

Fabulous Place + I am writing a long & detailed review because I appreciate it when others do the same. This place is fantastic! Clean, nicely decorated bedroom. Comfortable mattress and lots of pillows (yay!). My room was in the back of the house, so it was very quiet (no real road noise but some vibrations at times). There is also a well-functioning air conditioner in the room, which is a must for me. Perfect location (15-minute walk to Old Town, close to parks & museums, great vegan restaurants nearby). Safe and walkable area. The kitchen is fabulous: modern and well-equipped. And the unexpected bonus: a superb coffee maker—and the host provides the beans! Honestly, a real treat. Finally, the woman who works there is very friendly & helpful (and I also met many lovely fellow guests). Very warm and welcoming place overall. − This is NOT a complaint, just a fact to let others know: while the listing says there is a washing machine, you actually give your laundry to the woman …

Все было потрясающе. На кухне есть все необходиое, уютная зона гостиной. Номер чистый, светлый, удобный матрас и подушки + Номер чистый, уютный. Удобное местоположение − Немного шумно от дороги, но это не сильно не мешало

Gute Ausgangsposition für einen Stadtbesuch + Großzügiges Zimmer. Liebevolle Gestaltung. Konnte mein Gepäck nach dem Check-out noch unterstellen (kein Service im Gebäude). − Verkehrslärm, ist jedoch bei geschlossenem Fenster gut auszuhalten.

A lovely place to stay near the center of Riga. + Everything! The property is lovely, clean and cozy! The beds were very comfortable. The property has a shared kitchen with everything you need. And as a bonus we got a free parking spot from the host in a nearby (100m) location, even though the listing said the parking options were either paid public parking on the street or a paid public parking lot across the street. − Nothing! Everything was great :D

Kiváló elhelyezkedés, otthonosságot sugárzó atmoszféra, segítőkész és kedves személyzet. + Nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű, séta-távolságra a legfontosabb látnivalóktól. A személyzet nagyon kedves és támogató volt. Az udvaron tudtunk parkolni. A közös konyha kiválóan felszerelt és tiszta volt. A közösségi tér nagyon hangulatos volt, a szállás atmoszférája különleges és otthonosságot sugárzó, a szobánk és az ágy nagy és tágas volt. − A törölközők kicsit dohosak voltak, ezért inkább a velünk lévő sajátot használtuk.
