Wir wären gern länger geblieben! + Hoher Standard in allen Bereichen: -Wunderschöne, saubere Zimmer mit bequemen Betten; Klimaanlage war nicht zu laut; duftende Kosmetikartikel passend zu singhalesischen Gewürzen -Ambiente zum Herunterfahren, gepflegte Anlage -proaktive Mitarbeiter; auch besondere Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt -Die singhalesische Küche im Restaurant war top! Wir wurden an unserem letzten Abend sogar mit einem romantischen Privatdinner überrascht!

Stunning setting, wonderful staff. A perfect stay + Everything about our stay was excellent. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and helpful throughout, nothing was too much trouble. The whole property was spotlessly clean. The bed and bedding were premium quality, genuinely some of the most comfortable we've slept in. And the setting is something else: the views and the grounds are absolutely stunning. A wonderful place to stay in Habarana. − Nothing at all. We only wish we could have stayed longer than one night.

Wunderschöne Anlage, aber die vielen Mücken haben den Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt. + Das Zimmer war wunderschön und gross. Das Abendessen war sehr fein und wir haben es sehr genossen. − Die Anlage ist wunderschön und das Zimmer war sehr schön. Leider gab es während unseres Aufenthalts extrem viele Mücken. Bereits beim Check-in haben wir mehrere Mückenstiche bekommen. Deshalb konnten wir auch den schönen Balkon kaum nutzen. Der Pool war gegen 16 Uhr nicht sauber, sodass wir ihn leider nicht benutzen konnten. Zudem hat uns das Frühstücksangebot nicht überzeugt. Insgesamt konnten wir die schöne Anlage wegen der vielen Mücken leider nicht so geniessen, wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten.

Fantastisch + We hebben echt een uitzonderlijk fijn verblijf gehad bij Taru Villa’s in Habarana. Het is echt een prachtige plek met mooie (schone) kamers, prachtige tuinen, zwembad en de service is uitzonderlijk goed. Aan alle details is gedacht en de persoonlijke benadering van al het personeel is geweldig. Daarnaast is het eten ook heerlijk. Veel huisgemaakt. In het restaurant werden we vaak bediend door Suboda. Dat deed hij super professioneel en vriendelijk. − Niks

Taru Villas Maia is beautifully designed, with great attention to detail throughout the rooms, pathways, gardens and other facilities. Everything was immaculate and very clean. The food was excellent and the staff were warm, friendly and attentive. The location is also very convenient for visiting Sigiriya (Lion Rock), which was one of the highlights of our trip. A really beautiful and memorable place to stay. − Nothing — we had an excellent experience.

The restaurant was also excellent, with a great choice of local and international dishes. Everything we tried was delicious. Overall, a wonderful place to stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this hotel. − The only small thing that could be improved is the choice of wines available by the glass.
