+ Location was perfect. Infront of gregory lake view. Easy to access the city and others area by tuktuk. Warm welcoming behaviour from staff. Food was amazing, they will serve both english and srilankan paratha chiken dal curry which is more than enough. Highly appreciate their hospitality. And for the information of muslim community, food is halal and staff are muslim. So enjoy your stay. − Because of the nuwara eliya's cold(15• c) and rainy weather, you will get slightly smell in the room coming from the moisture. This is a new hotel inside outside comparing to other hotels i have visited in that area.

Was not worth it. + The only thing I like was the view. − This was one of the most disappointing stays I’ve experienced for the price I paid. The room had an intense moldy smell as soon as we walked in, and there were obvious mold patches on the bathroom ceiling and walls. It was unhygienic and unacceptable. We immediately informed the staff member who dropped off our bags, but no one bothered to respond or follow up — completely unprofessional. What shocked me the most was the condition of the cushions. They were clearly not washed at all — I could literally see dried drool stains and they had a disgusting smell. It was revolting and made me question the overall cleanliness of the entire place. I will be attaching photos as proof because this level of negligence should not be ignored. Definitely not worth the money and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

excellent location. + It's located near main road and facing the lake. nice large balcony and closer to city, Hakgala botanical garden and Horton plains is one hour drive. nice dinner and they packed our breakfast, it's very tasty and clean. The staff is very helpful to us always. Thanks to restaurant staff also. Private parking. − There are some rain water sweeping through the balcony door and room carpets got wet and smells bad. Anyway they are going to replace it with some wooden floor panels and repair the leaks.

Not Good + Location....excellent view of Lake Gregory − Stairs to climb to enter lobby, not good for aged person, Room facilities poor, maintenance bad, Wi-Fi poor and frequent signal breaks, breakfast frugal

Incredible cozy place + The view was just breathtaking. The room had a wonderful look of the Gregory Lake which you can enjoy lying on the bed. The food was great and the staff were really friendly. One evening there was heavy rain outside and my jacket got really wet. But one of the staffs dried it. It was a very nice gesture. I will come back here surely. It was a great place.

1 night stay after Cyclone (23rd Dec) + I like the hotel location very much. Our room has lake view and it was so mesmerizing. Hot water was available 24x7 in tap and it made our stay more comfortable. Ample parking space available for 3 cars. Breakfast was served hot and fresh. Hotel is good for 1 or 2 days stays in budget. − I wanted to pay by Forex Card but the POS machine was not working. I went to ATM for withdrawal of cash and then paid the bills. Rest all good.

Кровати были очень удобные,были теплые одеяла,как как в этой части острова температура ниже,чем у океана. Кондиционера н + Очень хорошее расположение у отеля,хорошие завтраки и приветливый персонал. По приезду нам предложили номер с лучшим видом,чем мы забронировали. Персонал во всём помогал и был вежлив. Вид на озеро был шикарный

A decent hotel opposite gregory lake + Location - The hotel is bang opposite the Gregory Lake, thus give a awesome view through the day especially the sunrise. There were 2 decent veg family restaurants at walking distance to meet your lunch, dinner needs, though the hotel had a restuarant which provided Ala-carte as well. Room Facilities The room was decent sized for a family of 3. The washroom had 24*7 Hot and Cold Water Rooms were w/o AC and fans, but the weather is awesome so you need one The room has a decent size balcony to enjoy the morning view Facilities - Wifi worked well BF was provided on time as requested, they made special arrangements for us as we were vegetations. We tried Spring Hoppers which was a new local veg dish for us − Commercial - The hotel was good, the stay was decent but then I felt the charges were on the higher side. As it did not have any amenities like gym, swimming pool etc.
