Relax e piacevole soggiorno + Di nome e di fatto! Hotel elegante, in stile inglese con ampi spazi per riposarsi. Camera spaziosa e silenziosa. Ci è stato fatto un upgrade gratuito che abbiamo apprezzato molto. La cena ha una scelta un po' limitata, ma il cibo è di qualità. Peccato che il tempo un po' freddo e piovoso non ci ha permesso di godere della bella piscina! − L'hotel è un po' difficile da raggiungere.

+ The staff is very professional, the room have a good size and the place is overall nice and fancy. There are good views from the breakfast room. − For an hotel of that price and category, I was expecting a decent level of cleanness: the shower had several hair from previous guests and the room and carpet were very dusty (I am allergic to dust and woke up with swollen eyes). As we only stayed one night we were given the room on the ground floor adjacent to the breakfast room and the kitchen, meaning that from 6AM onwards we could hear noise. Not great considering we could only check in at 10:30AM the previous night and needed to get some rest. Finally, the hotel is a good 25 min drive from Kandy city center and in a very isolated location. This is something I hadn't realised when booking; I'd recommend to rather stay in a guest house, in a more central and cheaper place and with surely better quality food.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Family Stay at Elegant Hotel Kandy + Our family had an absolutely fantastic stay at Elegant Hotel Kandy. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfectly arranged, and we truly felt welcomed and cared for. We were especially grateful for the additional room provided for our two oldest children. This made our stay even more comfortable and showed the willingness of the hotel team to think along with their guests and find solutions wherever possible. The service throughout our stay was simply outstanding. Every member of the staff was friendly, attentive, professional, and genuinely interested in making our stay special. You can clearly see that the people working here take pride in what they do. A special compliment goes to the owner, who should be incredibly proud of what has been created here.
