Restaurant service + We stayed for 1night it was okay but restaurant staff should engage more with the gusts service is not just clearing plates and pouring water anyway there was a nice bar man called ‘Dhanu’ was a nice person with a good attitude. So thankyou for a calm relaxing stay.

Amazing Stay!!! + We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Amaya Beach Pasikudah and truly enjoyed every moment of it. The service was exceptional from the beginning. The Front Office Manager, John, was incredibly helpful and treated us with such warmth and professionalism, making our stay even more comfortable. A special thank you to Ajith as well, who did a fantastic job keeping our room clean and tidy throughout our stay. The entire staff was very friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was absolutely incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each day. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and we would definitely love to visit again!

Wonderful experience! + We had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. A special thanks to the Front Office Manager, John, who provides excellent and professional service. We were truly thrilled with the warm welcome and attention we received throughout our stay. We would also like to thank Priya at the front office. She is extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Every time we come here, she provides us with excellent service and makes us feel truly welcome. The entire staff is really good and very friendly. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and nice. The food is also really good, which makes the overall experience even better. Highly recommended!

Amazing Experience !!!!!! + When we entered in to the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the team and it was nice to see many known faces with heartiest smiles and caring from face of the hotel to the heart of the hotel. They all were lovely to extend true sense of hospitality that has been guided and trained by the top management I suppose. We just stayed only one night which we couldn't wrap up everything but my children really enjoyed time at swimming pool and beach a lot. Food was fabulous... kiyaz and the team was as good as always at their culinary. Sujee and the team had made my little one's birthday a surprised at the kids club though it was a rainy day. Bar staff are very attentive and keen on customer service. Lovely bed deco and clean and spacious room for a family.. Spa treatment was lovely and the team deserve credit to its higher heights. Garden is kept always clean and tidy and I m sure extra care has always been put up to maintain such high standard. We will be back f…

Comfortable room and fantastic foods but not for swimmers + Beautiful location and Seaview comfortable room with all the amenities. Lovely and friendly staffs. Fantastic buffet food with live cooking. Enjoyed all 4 nights stay. One huge minus is the beach front of hotel is not suitable for bathing and swimming due to very bad coral reefs and health hazards.

Exceptional Stay with Amazing View + Beautiful resort with amazing view. From the moment we checked in we were warmly wellcomed by lovely front office it's good to see lovely smiling staff after an long drive. The rooms were excellent well maintained and clean. The food has lot of variety with buffet for morning and for dinner and vary tasty and looked fresh specifically the meat. The pool is lovely and clean and over looking the beautiful sea! Is an stunning view. Thank you for the front office team who did amazing job with all information and attention to detail. Overall we had an unforgettable experience and the entire staff were friendly and always ready to assist you with an smile. And we would definitely 💕 love to visit again with my family. The buffet presented a variety of options, included a live action station and the food tasted amazing. Moreover, the staff was really friendly and provided a great service throughout. From the start to finish it was an unforgettable experience with so much memories. Special thanks to front office team for the wonderful service always with an smile. 5 🌟 + We had an amazing experience at Amaya. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable, while the beach and pool areas were kept in excellent condition. The food selection was impressive and full of flavor, making every meal enjoyable. My sincere appreciation goes to GM Mr. Priyanka for his outstanding leadership and professionalism. The front office team and pool attendant Mani were incredibly attentive and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the east coast. Looking forward to coming back again!
