Un séjour très agréable + Nous avons passé un très bon séjour malgré la chaleur écrasante. La piscine était un vrai bonheur ! Mr. Lucky et son équipe étaient aux petits soins pour nous (j'espère d'ailleurs que nous n'avons pas trop abusé de leur gentillesse...). Ils proposent pleins de tours et ont même accepté à la dernière minute que nous restions une nuit de plus. La chambre était bien spacieuse et agréable !

If you can handle the heat you will enjoy + Mr Lucky and staff where very friendly and helpful − Fridge too small and no elevator so walking up stairs to level 2 was not fun in the heat

SUPER NICE HOTEL WITH GREAT STAFF!!! + SUPER NICE HOTEL WITH GREAT STAFF!!! i loved the western style room! it was big and pretty clean and it was super quiet. and all the staff were SUPER NICE!!!! we had to leave 0530 am for Angkor wat but then the staff offered us to-go breakfast at 0515 even though breakfast starts at 0700!!! especially the staff named tann was exceptional!! they were all so helpful! i'd definitely stay again!!

Spent six nights and had a great stay. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and staff were amazing. + Mr Lucky and his staff were amazing and attentive. They made sure we were well taken care of.

The best staff & hotel, couldn’t reccommend more + I couldn’t recommend this place enough! The hotel itself is gorgeous, lovely pool and just had a great energy with good location! Most of all the staff, they were so kind humble friendly and felt like second family! I spent a lot of time with my good friend Lucky who made my whole experience feel soo lovely!! − No downside!

Good + Good location not far from centre. Big modern rooms with air con and good shower. Ok pool area and friendly staff. Clean − No elevator so big walk up if you are put in a room on the top 2 floors. Breakfast is average

+ Η πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, breakfast package αφού δεν προλαβαίναμε να πάρουμε πρωινό λόγω πτήσης, και καθαριότητα μαζί με τα μεγάλα και άνετα δωμάτια ήταν τα κύρια χαρακτηριστικά που έκαναν τη διαμονή μας πολύ ευχάριστη.

Not worth for a longer stay + The location is quite close to the old quarter and night market, within a walking distance The room is quite spacious − The staff is inflexible and rude There is no lift so you have to carry luggages through the stairs. Breakfast is small. The pool is also small. Be mindful if you have a car since the hotel is in an alley, not a big road The room is clean but the facility shows signs of poor maintenance and will downgrade soon

+ One of the prettiest boutique hotels I have stayed in. The interior decoration, the style, it all looks carefully handpicked. We really loved our spacious room with the balcony, breakfast was good, I particularly loved the pancakes! Location is ideal, quite central. Mr Lucky, the manager is the best! So warm, helpful and accommodating, all the staff were great. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you all. − Nothing, everything was perfect!
