+ Nice big room with balcony, feels like a smaller hotel which is positive! It was clean and the staff were super friendly and accommodating Location is a little father away and the street it is on is not pretty😉 but with a tuktuk or moped you were in the center within 10 minutes so still nice location. − The room service food was not as good as I hoped. The local dishes are fine but do not order the pizza, it was not very good. Breakfast was advertised as a buffet breakfast but that was not the case for all the days we stayed (only one day there was buffet other days it was limited to a menu. They also could not explain to us why this is). Breakfast food was good, nothing special.

10/10 - would recommend staying there for some days + 10/10 - would definitely recommend staying there. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We stayed some nights there and even got invited for a set dinner on our last evening. The rooms are spacious, the pool are is nice and the perfect place to relax after a long day.

A nice hotel, excellent staff, lovely pool & good breakfast choices + Lovely setting with rooms looking over the nice pool. Just the walk along the street to hotel was not nice or clean. Staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Pool very nice to use. Great choice for the breakfast − Location, the surrounding streets were very neglected and dirty

A comfortable and enjoyable stay in a great location, perfect for celebrating a special occasion. + We stayed here while celebrating my friend’s birthday, and it was a great choice. The location was convenient for exploring the city, and the room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing after a full day out. The staff were friendly and made the stay feel welcoming, and the pool area had a lovely ambience that made it perfect for unwinding. Breakfast options were a nice variety.

Dejlig sted, som kan anbefales, har boet her en del gange. + Jeg har efterhånden boet på Bayon Modern Residence flere gange, og det siger næsten det hele – jeg kommer altid gerne tilbage! Beliggenheden er rigtig god, med nem adgang til det meste i området. Der er også et vaskeri lige overfor hotellet, hvilket er super praktisk, især ved længere ophold. Morgenmaden er lækker med et godt udvalg, så man får en god start på dagen. Det, der virkelig gør stedet specielt, er personalet – de er utrolig søde, imødekommende og altid klar til at hjælpe. Alt i alt et fantastisk sted at bo med en god kombination af komfort, service og beliggenhed. Kan klart anbefales!

The hotel is beautiful in Siem Reap + I had a great stay at Bayon Modern Residence. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. I also really enjoyed the breakfast every morning, with a good variety of delicious food to choose from. The hotel coffee was excellent and one of my favorite parts of the stay. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to rest after exploring Siem Reap. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Bayon Modern Residence to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Despite the excellent staff and service - the hotel fell far short of its 4-star rating due to basic amenities, poor cle + The staff and customer service were genuinely excellent, and our driver in particular was phenomenal. The room was spacious and was kept organized during our stay; towels were replaced and the trash was removed regularly. Unfortunately, that is where the positives ended for us. − This hotel and our room were absolutely not what I would consider a 4-star property. Based on the room and amenities, I would personally rate it closer to a 2-star hotel. The room itself was extremely basic, and even something as simple as hand soap was not provided at the bathroom sink. The quality of the shampoo and body wash was also far below what I would expect from a hotel advertising itself at this level. More concerning was the cleanliness. When we arrived, there were fake eyelashes and strands of hair stuck to the bathroom wall. That immediately made us question how thoroughly …

Wonderful Second Stay at Bayon Modern Residence + This was my second stay at Bayon Modern Residence, and once again, I had a wonderful experience. The staff gave me such a warm and friendly welcome, which made me feel very comfortable from the moment I arrived. The food was good, and the room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciate the excellent hospitality. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend Bayon Modern Residence!
