+ Overall, this was a very pleasant stay. Front line staff were extremely polite, helpful, interactive, respectful and always went about their tasks with a smile. The hotel manager, Susumu, was a nice fellow however we sensed he was sometimes a little disingenuous and fake towards guests. He was a little intrusive and over-inquisitive and on a few occasions overstepped the normal level host & guest interaction. We sensed he has a healthy ego, and seemed keen to want to over share about himself and all he has done for the hotel. At times, it was a little creepy and, as described, disingenuous. He seemed to cater more for Chinese guests than non-Chinese guests; and sometimes preferences Chinese guests in front of us and others. It became very clear as the week progressed who he prefers to have stay at this location. That aside, his staff were absolutely fantastic and whilst he provided a tip at the end of our stay we are somehow hoping it all goes to the hard working front line …

+ I have stayed here multiple times and each time my stay has been absolutely wonderful. The hotel & grounds are beautiful but it is the oustanding staff and customer service that really puts this hotel over the top! Everyone from the owner himself to the groundskeepers are absolutely fantastic. I've never had better customer service anywhere!

+ The IRoHa Hotel is absolutely wonderful. It’s in a quiet, safe area near several embassy’s. The grounds and rooms are stunning, but best of all is the warm, attentive service (the owner, reception personnel and servers). We can not recommend enough!!

Highly recommeded Hotel with excellent service + The service and staff is on par with the best in the world! The owner was there to greet us and help answer any questions we had about the area and things to do. The staff is well trained, polite and accomodating. The hotel is so clean and comfortable. And there are beautiful specialized touches everywhere you turn. It is located in a great part of the city and a magical garden paradise within. There are even great walking spots right outside the door.

+ What an amazing introduction to Cambodia - the hotel was so lovely and peaceful, it felt like home after long days out and we were always made to feel so welcome on our return. The owner is delightful and gave us some wonderful tips on what to do while there and checked to ensure everything was ok. The room was huge and the food delicious, with a great variety available. The staff are incredible and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, honestly one of the best parts of our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again and can’t imagine being anywhere else in Phnom Penh, thank you for everything.

10* service + This hotel is not your standard 4/5 * hotel. This is a local, individual hotel, not a sky scraper. It is run and owned by a Japanese manager as a result, the service is 10*. The staff are thoughtful and truly charming. Nothing has been overlooked to make your stay the best it can be. I had considered Rosewood but, really glad I didn’t go there. One large corporate hotel is much like another in any City and the big hotels here are all in the financial district and so no local restaurants you can walk to. The owner of this hotel made personal recommendations of restaurants to try, which were all excellent. Could not recommend this hotel more. It is small, individual and special.

Lovely place to stay + The iRoHa Garden Hotel is a lovely place to stay. It doesn’t have all the refinement of a 5 star hotel, but it also has more character. The staff and owner are extremely friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and dinner and breakfast excellent. I do highly recommend this property.

+ The staff was incredible! They bent over backwards to make sure we were taken care of. The food at the restaurant was really good, loved the iRoHa breakfast . The rooms are spacious and the pool area very pretty. Great location to everything. I would recommend staying here, it will not disappoint.
