Our stay was exceptional in every way. + The property was exceptional in every way. It was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The food and drinks were outstanding—truly five-star—and the delicious breakfast was the perfect way to begin each day. A very special thank you to the concierge, Ivan, who made our stay even more memorable. We had lost an item on the train, and he truly moved heaven and earth to help us recover it. His recommendations for local cuisine were superb, but what stood out most was his warmth, professionalism, and gracious demeanor. Ivan’s exceptional service left a lasting impression and is one of the many reasons we are already looking forward to returning. − I have zero complaints.
