+ Unfassbare Aussicht und Lage! Das Personal war hervorragend! Besonders die Kellner rund um Emilio und .aurizio waren sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wirklich empfehlenswert und ich werde gerne wiederkommen.

− bij het bestellen van een taxi aan de balie van het hotel vroegen ze 190 euro tot aan de lucgthaven bij de opmerking dat de prijs iets aan de hoge kant lag, antwoorde een medewerker dat , als je 200 meter verder naar een taxi vraagt voor de luchthaven , het zal 250 euro kosten. ik voelde natigheid. maar heb toch goedgekeurd. toen werd mij onmiddellijk bevestigd dat het uitsluitend contant kan betaald worden aan de bali. wat mij niet zinde. bij een gesprek met de taxidriver , bevestigde hij dat hij maar 100 euro kreeg voor de trip. dit voelde zo verkeerd aan na een perfect verblijf dus zij hebben het verklnalt. onaanvaardbaar, maar bon

We loved every minute of it! + The property was well maintained and had a great location. It had all the amenities to include a pool, beach front access, short walking distance to shops and restaurants, and close proximity to tour meeting points. The hotel restaurants and bar were excellent. All of which had an ocean view. It was a great experience. − The property was fantastic. If I had anything to complain about, it was the air conditioner. It didn’t cool the room as much as we would’ve liked but the hotel provided a fan during our stay.

Great honeymoon spot! + My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon in June. We stayed in a junior suite, with a balcony overlooking the sea & and it was better than I could’ve imagined. The hotel staff was wonderful. They have an amazing breakfast every morning, and we’d get cocktails on the patio in the evening. I couldn’t recommend enough. Perfect location for the beaches & downtown.

That’s the 3rd consecutive year we’ve been at the Tramontano and would highly recommend + Location and staff The views are exceptional and everyone is so friendly − Only that it doesn’t have a gym but that’s a small issue

Exceptional and I wouldn’t change a thing!! In additional to the history of the Villa, fabulous location… your best ass + I stayed (on my own) at the Tramontano for 13 nights and was delighted to be upgraded when I arrived. This was a wonderful treat and very much appreciated!!! My room, with a view to the Southwest of the bay was very spacious, with plenty of storage, comfortable bed AND pillows, roomy shower. My kind thanks to the hard work of the cleaning staff who kept the room so clean and refreshed. The pool and adjacent terraced restaurant were both excellent and spacious. Plenty of choices of food and Francesco kept the pool looking exceptional. A real gem who doesn’t take his responsibilities lightly. Surrounding the pool is a lush garden with bananas plants, several varieties of cacti, natives and palms. Beautifully maintained and terraced. + The overall staff and service were wonderful! Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping and the breakfast team was attentive and helpful. We especially loved the balcony bar over the gulf—the team was nice enough to get us a table to see the Ferragosto fireworks, which was a real highlight. The lift taking you straight down to the dock and beach was another major bonus! − We were really disappointed by the poor service at the pool—the lifeguard was quite rude and would ignore us when we raised our hands for help with the umbrella, yet he would rush over immediately if we tried to adjust it ourselves. Additionally, the air conditioning did not work at all despite being told it did. Lastly, our Superior Double Room with Garden View was overpriced for how small it was, and the total lack of a dresser or storage meant we had to live out of our suitcases.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED + Location / the view / room. − No complimentary water next to the bed. No coffee or kettle and cups in the room. No turn down service at night with fresh towels. Very disappointing
