    Casetta carina ma molto piccola con soppalco + Piccola casetta molto moderna con arredamento nuovo e bagno privato. Parcheggio davanti alla casa. Posizione comoda vicina al centro e ai servizi (supermercato, benzinaio...). Piccolo angolo cottura ben equipaggiato dotato anche di microonde. − La "camera da letto" è in realtà un sottotetto mansardato, praticamente un soppalco bassissimo, con materassi appoggiati a terra e raggiungibile tramite una rapidissima scala di legno senza protezioni. Non è una soluzione comoda per dormire in tre, soprattutto perchè il soppalco è bassissimo e non ci si può alzare in piedi e salire e scendere quella scala è molto pericoloso. Meglio dormire nel divano-letto matrimoniale in sala, che però una volta aperto impedisce qualsiasi movimento nella stanza perchè gli spazi sono molto ridotti.
