Excellent hotel in a great location with wonderful staff. + Excellent location and very well organized rooms. The room was comfortable and a very good size. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. − Nothing, it was one of the best stays we have experienced.

Lovely hotel in the heart of town. + Great central location. Comfortable suite. Friendly staff. − Our first night we stayed in the Annex which was a disaster. Some plumbing issue resulted in repetitive loud banging that literally kept us up most of the night. We were subsequently relocated to the main building and upgraded to a nicer room which was delightful.

+ Good service from the staff prior to the arrival and to arrange a taxi ride for the pick up from airport. We were there on Culture Night, managed to watch the fireworks from hotel roof top:) Breakfast was delicious with good spreads. The bar has nice cocktails and good ambiance.

+ The location was AMAZING and the breakfast truly out of this world. Everything was delicious. Great decor, available street parking etc. − The rooms were fairly small - but that was it. Otherwise a really lovely stay and I'd highly recommend.

We enjoyed the breakfast and had dinner at their restaurant, which was excellent. Staff excellent. Bathroom is large. − Rooms are a bit small.
