5 stars for cleanliness, service, and setting + We overall had a great experience. The biggest highlight was how spotless everything was — the property was immaculately clean throughout our stay. The staff were fantastic as well, going out of their way to accommodate our requests even though the hotel was fully booked during August. The room was exactly the size advertised, and the view over the Dead Sea was simply stunning. The Dead Sea swimming pool itself was amazing and so convenient. Food was excellent and came with great service, and the live music in the evenings was a wonderful touch. We also enjoyed the spa, which was very relaxing, and the sulfur pool (available for an additional fee) — well worth it. Overall, a beautiful hotel with a few easy fixes that would make it a true 5 stars. − A couple of things held it back from a perfect 5-star experience for us: the beds weren’t quite up to the standard we’d expect at this rating, and the pool was extremely crowded. אני תמיד אחזור לנבו מלון מצויין 🤩 + כל פעם שאני מגיעה לים המלח אני מגיעה לנבו , חדש, צוות מקצועי ושירותי . − החדרים טעוני שיפור לדעתי , הינו בסוויטה עם נוף לים ולבריכה , המנורה במרפסת הגדולה לא עובדת , נכנס לי קוץ בכף הרגל מרצפת המרפסת( מעץ) ועד הרגע לא מצליחה להוציא מהרגל , ביום הראשון נכנסנו לגקוזי של החדר , המגבות שהיו על אחד הכיסאות היה מלוכלך ממש ( צהוב מגעיל 🤮) והיה עליו שיערות ארוכות .

בגדול המלון קצת הוריד ברמה… יחסית למחיר + מנהלת קבלה אירינה מדהימה! ממש עזרה שדרגה לנו את החדר לקומה 9 − אירינה מנהלת קבלה (או אחראית)
