Très bien mais pas exceptionnel + L'hotel est très jolie. L'emplacement est calme. La nourriture et les boissons sont tops. Le staff était bien sans être exceptionnel. − Les frais suppléments (le parking, louer le terrain de padel + les raquettes, louer des lits de bain basique au bord de l'eau). Petit à petit ça s'ajoute vite pour un hotel tout inclus.

+ Gyönyörű helyen tölthettük ezt a pár napot. Nagyon kedves a személyzet minden tagja. Az ételek bőséges kínálata és nagyon finom ízei kifogástalan. − A fürdőszobában az elszívó szinte egy perc villany felkapcsolassal is bekapcsolt és nagyon sokáig búgott. Ez zavaró éjszaka.

+ The food was good, and the kitchen staff were very friendly, hardworking, and helpful. I really appreciated their attitude and the quality of service they provided. − Unfortunately, my experience at the hotel was disappointing. The reception service was very poor and the staff did not provide the necessary information. The room was okay and the location was good, but the shower was very weak and extremely noisy. The most disappointing part was being asked to pay extra for the sunbeds and umbrella at the beach, even though we had an All Inclusive package. I found this completely unreasonable, especially since this was not mentioned on Booking. It was the first time I have experienced something like this at an All Inclusive hotel.

Great stay with fantastic amenities! + This hotel has so much to offer and truly exceeded my expectations. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A major highlight of our trip was the food. Every meal offered amazing variety and quality, so there was always something new and delicious to try. Having access to both a coffee bar during the day and a night bar with specific inclusive drinks was a fantastic bonus. The properties and rooms are kept very clean throughout. If you're heading to the beach or pool area, you can get a set of two sunbeds and a sunshade umbrella for 8 euros a day, which is a very reasonable price. Overall, a wonderful stay—I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back! − N/A
