If you want a clean, friendly, well-run place to stay very close to the airport, this is it. + The guy at the front desk was excellent. (He's a teacher also). Friendly and fast. He offered to have to go breakfasts made for us when he learned we were leaving early. They were there ready and excellent! − The body wash provided was fine. I'm nit-picking here, but it's the only thing I can think of that we didn't like. I ran out of soap and used that, but I don't think it's quite as powerful as the soap I'm used to.

I would highly recommend this hotel for short or longer stay! + Everything was going well from the beginning to the end. Receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. He explained everything about facility, he made a reservation for a taxi in an early morning, we had a wake up call, and he made the note for night shift to make us a lunch box before we leave. They have a bar and the restaurant with a tasty food and price in Euros is a very reasonable. It seems they have a little staff shortage but we did not wait long for drinks and food. There are many restaurants located very close to the hotel. Room was clean and pretty good size. The bed was comfy, and I liked their pillows. They provided a slippers - it was a nice addition. If you are staying longer this place is grate and to get to Zagreb it takes about 20 minutes. Drive to the airport was about 8 minutes. I highly recommend this hotel − All lights, A/C, the lamp……and other switches are placed on the little panels and are placed…
