+ Super séjour à Plitvice. Le personnel était super avec de très bonnes explications sur comment faire la meilleure visite des lacs. L'entrée numéro 3 est accessible en marchant de l'hôtel et nous avons pu laisser notre voiture à hôtel pour visiter le lac et partir en fin de journée. Chambre originale sous les toits avec grande baignoire (dommage que nous n'ayons pas réussi à faire marcher le bains à remous).. Le lieu est plein d'activités avec plusieurs endroits pour prendre un verre dehors avec un mini zoo avec chèvres, lapins, poule et un cochon ! nous avons beaucoup aimé Sayuri !

The location makes it amazing. And everything law is really + The staff here went above and beyond. Also- I loved the location for the national park. Being able to walk straight in through entrance 3 was the best bonus of all. The hotel staff gave us a map of the park and exact plan of what we should do and their plan was amazing. We got a family room for our family of 6 which is 2 rooms connected. It was really great. Also- my kids loved playing in the play area and with the bunnies. − Nothing.

Ottimo!! + Molto caratteristica, sembra un piccolo villaggio in mezzo alla foresta, stupenda ed adattissima per i bambini con parco giochi e piccola fattoria

Confortable et idéal pour découvrir le parc de Plitvice + Personnel charmant, de bons conseils et à l'écoute de nos demandes. Petit déjeuner de rêve et cuisine délicieuse au restaurant. Nous nous sommes régalés de plats de Peca très généreux (1 plat pour deux suffit amplement). Emplacement très pratique pour visiter le parc de Plitvice, à 7 minutes à pied. Chambre vaste, propre, joliment décorée et bien aménagée. − Prix de la chambre élevé. (Tarifs du restaurant tout à fait corrects et conformes au prix du pays). Pas d'eau chaude dans la douche le deuxième soir mais le réceptionniste s'en est excusé et nous a offert la taxe de séjour en dédommagement.

Perfetto per la visita del parco che abbiamo visititao + Colazione abbondante e varia. Posizione più che ottima per visitare i laghetti, con la possibilità di entrare a piedi dall'ingresso 3. Minigolf per bambini, zona giochi e mini zoo. Staff dell'hotel cortese e disponibile. − L'organizzazione del ristorante, tempi lunghi e errori; la seconda sera abbiamo cenato altrove. Le strutture esterne (minigolf, zoo, zone gioco) belle ma necessitano di maggiore manutenzione, un peccato queste imperfezioni.

+ Location was good. − We got a room withot a shower. Indstead we got a spa that did not work. There accountance is a mess (I hope it is not fraud). I paind in advance using booking.com. Still I had to pay an additional bill of 42 euro at arrival (unclear what it was for). Three weeks later booking.com starts sending request for ekstra money, without a qoute or a specification stating what I am supposed to pay for.
