Bella struttura vicino al Parco di Plitvice + La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente per visitare il parco di Plitvice. Il luogo è molto suggestivo e accogliente. Il letto era grande e molto comodo. La colazione buona e varia. Il personale molto gentile e accogliente. − Ho trovato il prezzo un po' troppo elevato rispetto ai servizi offerti. Il bagno sarebbe da migliorare.

So strange Cleaning after 16.00, when we are back from the tour Poor quality bed , too soft, our backs are hurting Very dark nights without any ambient lighting. Electricity went out several times during the night which restarted everything , including door locks and we were freaking scared that somebody came into our house

Una notte speciale vicino ai laghi di Plitvice + Camere spaziose, ben arredate, pulitissime. Location suggestiva nella natura. Personale gentile. − Location un po’ troppo decentrata. Non amo personalmente i materassi in memory. Per soggiorni di più giorni sarebbe piacevole una piscina.

Very nice place to enjoy the plitvice lakes experience + Location very close to plitvice lakes. Pastoral atmosphere. Spacious place for family of 5. air conditioned. − The restaurant is less impressive. We didn’t enjoy the food at dinner so much. Breakfast doesn’t include vegetables at all. The service is a bit slow when the place is busy.

Caos. + Gostei dos pontos da acomodação, conforto e beleza do lugar. Quem nos atendeu foi muito atenciosa. − A parte elétrica do chalé parou de funcionar as 23h e não voltou. Tomamos banho gelado numa temperatura externa de menos de 12 graus. Foi o caos. Ficamos sem aquecedor. Mal dormimos nesta noite. E fizemos inúmeras tentativas de contato com a recepção, com os telefones que agendamos o hotel, e ninguém fica no hotel depois de 23h. O alarme de incêndio tocou por mais de 2 horas sem ninguém aparecer. A noite como falei, foi um caos. Uma pena porque o lugar vale a volta mas precisa ser gerenciado e cuidado por quem realmente sabe hospedar bem. Isso não foi o que vivemos neste dia.

Bien mais peu mieux faire pour le prix! + Petit déjeuner light, parking éloigné, chambre et logement agréable. Mais un effort sur le sourire ne coûte pas cher ! − L'accueil au petit déjeuner et au restaurant !

Beautiful Location with large apartments very close to the Plitvice Park. + Loved the location and the freestanding cottages and the space in the apartment we had for one night. − Breakfast was poor. The fruit kept running out and there were not really any hot choices. There was limited selection of croissants, one of my children couldn't find anything they wanted to eat. Not ideal when you want to eat quickly and get to the waterfalls early and not have to worry about picking up food from somewhere else.
