It was ok + bad soundproofing ，room need a refresh ex:wallpaper peeling off， bed was ok ，location was great ，staff ok ，there were chicken leg left in the fridge and a gift in the toilet probably left by last customer。

総合的には、8点ぐらいのホテルです(^^) + 海外旅行は慣れていますが、香港は初めて行きました(^^) 中学生の娘と母娘の2人旅に、後からいびきのうるさい旦那が別室に合流でした 笑 ダブルルームと、シングルルームを2部屋予約して宿泊しました。 部屋は、ダブルで1部屋1泊1万円以上しましたが…とにかくせまい、湿っぽいです。 (旦那のシングルルームは、ダブルルームよりは歩くスペースがありました) シャワーは、きちんと仕切られているので 便器を洗いながらのシャワーにはなりません(°▽°) これは清潔感があって良かったです！ あと香港の変換プラグを持参しましたが、 携帯などの充電は、枕元にUSBの2口差し込みがあったためほぼ出番はありませんでした！ 不特定のホステルが入るビルより独立したホテルのほうが安心かなと思います。 空港からのバスでホテル近くのバス停に簡単に到着出来ますし、バス停からも徒歩4分程度で、下にはコンビニや飲食店や吉野家などもたくさんあり便利でした！ またフロントの40代ぐらいの男性のスタッフさんがとても感じが良くいい方でした(^^) 2泊したのち紅龍から深圳に移動しましたが、紅龍駅まではホテルからタクシーでチップ込み50香港ドル前後でした。 また香港に行く際は、もう少し価格が安ければ泊まってもいいかなと思います！

Dungeons are better! + Small as most budget places in Hong Kong are, this dingy place is only fit as a place to flop. Filthy everything. Walked into this one after being dropped off by a bus on Jordan after a couple days travel.. Front desk clerk charged me 80 USD. I wasn't going to argue after the other place down the street I went to wanted 150.. The ONLY redeeming thing about this place is that its close to most things Hong Kong has to offer,,

It’s Cheap for the Adventurous! + The single room is literally a place for one person to crash, no more or less. You’re not going to impress your girl by bringing her here, but it functions perfectly as a place to sleep and shower. It’s a twin size bed. I’m 6’3” and used to a king size at home, but I was still comfortable enough; and I wasn’t even drunk. The room looked pretty rundown, but everything I used (lights, a/c, toilet, shower, sink and phone charging port) all worked just fine and I don’t think you will find a better price anywhere around here. The highspeed train depot and ferry port are within easy walking distance and the airport isn’t too far via cab or subway. It’s in the middle of Kowloon, so there’s plenty of old HongKong atmosphere all around it which the timid traveler might find a bit too gritty, but will appeal to the more adventurous type. Nearby subway station gives you convenient access to the rest of the city and some of the more popular districts to visit are…

+ 早朝便で到着し、事前連絡なしに8時頃荷物を預けられるか聞くと、快く引き受けてくれました。 ホテル自体は古く窓もない部屋でしたが、とても安かったので満足です。 MTRの駅も香港の中心部STSまでも散歩がてら歩いて行ける距離でおすすめです。

+ Service is OK. Front desk gentleman went out of his way to call a taxi for me and told me to stay in the lobby while he did. I expected a gritty location. I expected a small room, and that is what I got. However, while the sheets and bedding were clean, the hotel facilities are not. Maintenance is shoddy, signage in part was makeshift, and care and attention to the facility is apparently very secondary.

Good Location but Room are bad + Tiny room, if your luggage bigger than 18inch, you can't open property on the floor. If you're big size, probably cannot fit in the shower cube. They don't provide floor mat for you in the bathroom after you bath. Location is good because straight away you're in the Temple Street night market and few hundred meter to MTR station.

+ 往路便変更により、市内に深夜到着となったので、利用。確かに他の方のコメントにあるように壁は薄く、廊下の声はよく聞こえましたが、寝る分には問題なかったです。あの地区では外観も室内も綺麗だし、シャワールームがガラスで隔離されているので、大変使いやすかったです（トイレ兼シャワールームが水浸しにならずにすみます）。泊まるだけだと考えれば、金額的にも安くて良いと思います。
