It felt like home away from home. + The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. They never hesitated in providing us with our needs. The hostel stands in what I think is the most convenient location in HK with easy access to all necessities (7/11s on both sides of the building, 24/7 affordable restaurants, night markets, Mong Kok station, among others).

Poor − The Filipino male worker (cleaner) had an attitude of being a bit serious all the time with no smile. During checkout we were a bit late by 15 minutes and he came to our room door with his mop and bucket and saw us still putting things in our suitcase, he just turned around with his serious face and worked away showing that he was not happy with us still being there. The water pressure was low and having a shower in the cold was a bit of a problem.

Friendly staff and good location for shopping, train and eateries. + I stay at this hostel often and have developed a good relationship with the staff. Very close to the markets. − Location is close to the shopping market, food vendors, the train station and the airport bus.
