Great location, Great property. + Great location. Have used this property many times before. Clean. Tidy. − Breakfast not worth the hassle. Shower head loose which would move under the pressure of the water and would wash the whole room!

Easy location, easy check-in + The hotel is very clean and in an easy location to get to anywhere. Only a 10 minute walk from Wan Chai station. Thank you to Mr. Brian Law at the front desk for the easy check-in and for upgrading my room free of charge. :)

Great hotel & service + We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Upon check-in, Jason Kwong assisted us immediately and even allowed us to check in early. We were so happy because we had arrived very early that day. We truly appreciated how accommodating, friendly, and welcoming he was. He even gave my two kids a cute pink bear as a souvenir, which made them very happy. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great place to stay. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely book here again. Thank you, Cosmo Hotel, for the excellent hospitality!

Stay was okay. + Breakfast were okay. they were box breakfast but there was fresh coffee and juices. − Bedding wasn't changed so the cleanliness of the room wasn't that clean.

Overall, for pay for what you get, and the Cosmo might not be "up-market" but it served the purpose. + * Location to cafes and availability of the shuttlebus at the Dorsett Hotel. This bus service was ideal for getting to the railway station and is a big "plus". − * The room was adequate, but the bathroom needed a better soap dispenser and a toilet bush. * Not sure why such a heavy donna is supplied in a tropical area and maybe a sheet and blanket would be sufficient. We found the donna to be heavy and hot.

Есть шатл от метро и до отеля, но поймать его нужно ждать и знать как он выглядит. Персонал фотографии перед заселением + Ребенку дали подарок по заезде. Подарок один из двух частей, разделили на троих 🤪 − Завтраки, кровати и призрачный шатл.
