Great option for exploring Hong Kong! + + Great location, just a 5-minute walk from the MTR (Jordan Station). + There is a park nearby, as well as plenty of restaurants and dining options within walking distance. + We arrived very early (09:00 AM) and were able to leave our luggage at the hotel and start exploring the city immediately. + Excellent buffet breakfast with a good variety of options. + The bed was comfortable, although slightly firmer than our personal preference. + We booked a very nice room and enjoyed a fantastic view overlooking part of the harbor. − - The reception staff was often unhelpful and came across as rude. In addition, their limited English proficiency made it difficult to discuss and resolve the issues we encountered. - Although we had already provided all required information and copies of our passports during our early arrival, we had to complete a "second" check-in process when we returned at 14:00. A Good Hotel with Some Significant Shortcomings + This hotel is ideally located, close to transport, shopping and the very pleasant, Kowloon Park. The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. − As others have mentioned, the beds are very hard. The ac temperature control in our room did not work; it was either cold or off. Our twin room had only one chair.

Fine, probably wouldn’t stay again though. + Nice shower. − It was serviceable, felt a bit run down but we didn’t spend too much time in the room. Smell of damp and cigarettes in the hallways was unpleasant.
