+ Great location in TST and near two train stations making it easy to get around. − I was never able to get warm water from the shower during my entire stay.

+ Очень удачный вариант для семей в центре города. Просторный номер, две большие двуспальные кровати или двуспальная + 2 односпальных. Текстиль хороший, все чистое, без пятен. Убирают каждый день, полотенца меняют. В нерабочее время заселение через чат с оператором на планшете. Для этого потребуется минимальное знание английского. Просят номер кредитной карты для страховки на случай порчи номера. − Для розеток нужен переходник, которого не было в номере. Подтекала душевая. Кондиционеры не работают на обогрев, при заселении кондиционер охладил номер до 17 градусов. Нет крючков и держателей для полотенец

It’s okay. + The location is perfect. Everything is walking distance. Near the metro station. Restaurant are all over.The family room is perfect & comfortable for all of us. − The girl in reception when we check in is quiet rude, the way she talked with us without any respect & any patience.She start a conversation with her colleague talking in Chinese & then start making face and laugh. On our second day someone enter our room & stole our chocolates. The staff told us that they would update us about what happened but no update at all. I think the should atleast update us about it & take the responsibility to inform us about what really happened.

+ The bathroom was disappointing as the shower filled up with water and I had to turn it off before it over flowed. the show door opened into the shower and didn't allow a lot of room to get in. The shower door should open outwards. Also the bed was short so had the sleep on an angle. − Sorry my answer is above. What i liked was the location. excellent! the check in staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Seçtiğimiz için pişmanız.Sadece semt iyiydi,konum iyiydi. + 4 yıldızlı bir otele adla yakışmayan bir oteldi.2 yıldız etmez bence.odalarda su,çay,kahve,terlik,diş macunu,dil fırçası vs..hiç bir şey yok.Üstelik para ile satıyorlar istediğinizde.Diğer aynı ayar oteller yağmur yağdığında size oda numaranız karşılığında ödünç şemsiye veriyor,bunlar yok deyip geçiyorlar.Lokasyon hariç pansiyondan hallice bir otel. − Her şey kötüydü.Baştan aşağı turizm konusunda bilgilenmeleri gerek.Aldıkları parayı haketmiyorlar.
