+ A wonderful stay once again, we will definitely be back! This was my second stay at this hotel, and this time I had the pleasure of experiencing Hong Kong together with my daughter. Just like during my first visit, we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. A very special thank you goes to the entire team. Every member of staff we met was incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive and always ready to assist us with any question or request. You genuinely feel that the people working here care about their guests and want them to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would also especially like to mention the housekeeping staff. good, would consider again to stay here. + room size is fine. sufficient for 2 persons. location is not too far away from mtr. cleanliness is fine − dont provide shaver, although it is purchasable at ground floor machine, but ground floor machine only accept alipay/wechat pay which tourist might not have it.

Would encourage hotel to improve their guests safety + Good location and usually helpful staff (except for the case when someone entered our room without explanation or consent) − I had a very concerning experience during my stay that I feel the hotel should address. When I first arrived, I noticed that the manual lock on the room door had been removed and the lock above the handle is disabled, meaning there was no way to independently lock the door from inside the room, unlike in most hotels. This already made me somewhat uncomfortable, so I placed an umbrella against the door while I was in the room as an extra precaution so I could hear more clearly if someone entered. One morning at around 9:30am, whilst I was getting ready in the bathroom, I suddenly heard the door open and a staff member entered and walked into my room without knocking. They were surprised to see me there and spoke to me in Cantonese that the system had an issue as it said I had checked out, and left in a hurr…
