飯店距離會展站比較近，硬體設施不錯。房間空間不大，不知道為什麼冷氣很不涼，處於送風的狀態⋯；在第二晚回到飯店刷卡進門卻刷不過，房卡可以刷上去搭電梯但房間進不去？再次前往前台尋求幫助但沒有提供任何的說明或者道歉，對於一個高級酒店來說住起來體驗 + 硬體設備不錯 − 1. 冷氣不涼 2. 房卡在第二晚失去功能刷不進去房間（但可以進電梯），托著疲憊身軀前往前台，針對此事前台沒有任何解釋或道歉，體驗不佳。
