+ The check-in was quite quick and seamless, the staff were very friendly and helpful! I loved how comfortable the bed was, having the casting option also helped us have a relaxing evening. The room was clean and up to a high standard. − The wallpaper on the walls was coming off in some places, there was also a stain on the couch. We also didn’t find any bath robes or body lotions which is typically the standard in Novotel hotels

Mostly good. + Room was nice and clean, very modern and with plenty of charging spots for devices. − The pool is very small compared to the photos. Also the service for the restaurant took too long, that we ended up leaving and ordering a takeaway instead.

Staff tried very hard to maintain chaos at breakfast. Lovely room and well though bathroom. Clean and today just swimmin − Breakfasts was to delayed busy/ empty shelves with no food Swimming pool was really bad.no space and overcrowded.

A lovely comfortable stay in a great location 😁 + It was perfectly located next to the railway station, so travelling around was easy. It was very quiet and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
