They went above and beyond with a room upgrade, petal-strewn bed, lovely card, and Champagne. Highly recommend this beau + We celebrated our 25th anniversary here. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a lovely room with a view of Tower Bridge. The staff kindly gave us a signed card and a bottle of champagne, which we greatly appreciated.The apartment and building are beautifully decorated, and the location is ideal. − N/A

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. + The apartment was spacious and super clean, with a great view of the river. A beautiful apartment, superb location, modern and well equipped with all we needed for our short stay in London. − There was nothing we didn’t like.

Great location and facilities, with a few minor issues + Excellent location, great facilities and very good service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the milk waiting for us in the fridge on arrival. Bottled water was replenished every day, as were the Nespresso capsules. The hotel was very well equipped and the location was especially convenient for getting around. − There were some issues with the air conditioning/heating unit, although these were eventually resolved. At checkout, we were asked whether we would like to leave an additional tip of almost £25 and were told that it was optional. We clearly declined, but a few days later we discovered that the amount had nevertheless been charged to our card, which was very disappointing. The window in the living room did not seal properly, so there was a noticeable draught even when it was fully closed. There was also a constant low humming noise coming from the adjace…
