Location was amazing and the room is very comfortable + The location of this facility was amazing. 100 met to Trafalgar Square. Easy access to get to the West End, which was why I was staying there. − On arrival, the reception was a bit confusing with two hotel check-in side-by-side. But we got there in the end with the friendly staff being able to help.

Great value for money, would recommend + Great location, spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Easy check in and looked after luggage the following day. Definitely will be back − Bathroom shower curtain did splash water onto the floor but not an issue

Convenient for theatre but rude, unwelcoming reception member of staff + The location was good for us as it was in close proximity to a theatre show we were attending. − The reception staff member who greeted us was very unwelcoming and rather rude. Felt like we were being looked down on. He was also clearly put out when I didn't want to give him an email address (I get fed up on being spammed with unwanted marketing messages). Super expensive for what it is, but appreciate that this is not unusual in this part of London

Posizione eccezionale che fa la differenza per un soggiorno a Londra + La posizione é a dir poco eccezionale, su piazza Trafalgar Square, vicinissima ai più famosi luoghi di interesse. La struttura é elegante, lo Staff cordiale e disponibile, molto educato. La camera adeguatamente spaziosa, pulita, con un letto comodissimo, finestra con vista, con riassetto e cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni. É inoltre dotata di saponi, shampoo e crema, phon, asse da stiro con ferro, macchina per il caffè e bollitore. Piacevolissima la Club Room al piano terra, un salotto in cui consumare bevande calde gratuitamente.
