الموقع ممتاز قريب من كل شي والغرف نظيفه ولكن السعر مرتقع نوعا ما + الموقع قريب من كل شي − للاسف تم اخذ مبلغ تامين قدره 400 باوند اي ما يعادل الفين ريال سعودي والي الان مضى تقريبا شهر ولم يتم ارجاع المبلغ وتم التواصل مع الفندق عن طريق الايميل وافادوني بانه تم الارجاع الي حسابي البنكي وتواصلت مع البنك وللاسف لك يتم ارحاع الملبلغ

Great mid week stay in Fitzrovia + Room was a good size, had everything you needed and was very comfortable for the stay. The Hotel gym was especially good. Location of the Hotel was perfect for my trip − Bathroom decor could do with a revamp.

The room lighting is very poor and the room service is very slow. + I didn't eat breakfast at hotel so i didn't try it − They deducted money from my bank account after i make check out and i don't know the reason for what!

Clean, comfortable, great location, but shower was unadjustable and leaked, plus staff weren’t very welcoming + Great location, easy to find - clean − The shower nearly caused a flood - it wasn’t adjustable and was facing right at the bottom of the shower door which didn’t close properly so water went straight through the gaps - I had to just use the handheld attachment. The staff weren’t very welcoming, I felt that the reception man was unfriendly and judgemental as I was dressed in casual clothes on arrival from the train, he made me feel like I didn’t deserve to be there.
