Neem u eigen handdoeken mee, wel een top locatie! + Top locatie − Terwijl handdoeken op de lijst van aanwezige service staat, blijkt dat je 1 handdoek krijgt voor u volle verblijf van 4 dagen. Na lang aandringen en discussiëren heb ik een extra handdoek ontvangen, wel nadat het personeel me eerst voor de ganse lobby duidelijk gemaakt heeft dat ik geen streken moest hebben…want dit was geen 5-sterren hotel. Sorry een handdoek verwacht ik toch echt wel elke dag ververst, zeker als je uzelf een Hotel noemt.

Excellente situation dans Londres. + Situation idéale sur Piccadilly Circus. Concept d'hôtel un peu déroutant : pas de fenetre du tout, peu de personnel mais efficave et agréable. Chambre spartiate mais propre et fonctionnelle (pas de table, pas de chaise, pas de déco : assez peu cosy !) − Matelas un peu défraîchis et très mous...

Kan sterkt anbefales til alle som drar til London for første gang og vil bo mest mulig sentralt. + Beliggenheten, ekstremt sentralt! Likte også at det var helt mørke soverom. Føles ikke klaustrofobisk, til tross for ingen vindu. Små hotellrom, så det er ikke et sted man tilbringer mye tid, men det var et overraskende fint fellesområde/kafe i første etasje dersom man ville sitte et sted. − Første natt var vi uheldige med naboen, svært høy musikk hele natta. Mulig det var en restaurant/nattklubb vegg i vegg. Fikk byttet rom enkelt neste dag, svært hjelpsomt personale.

J’étais surpris de la qualité de la chambre. + Rien du tout − Le service L’animation La chambre pas du tout adapté à la situation attendue. Manque de moyens de communication et de compréhension des personnages. Moyen dans la chambre pas adapté aux besoins .

Perfect place at such affordable price + Cannot believe the price we paid for this place in the most centrally located place u can get it. I’m beyond impressed the cocoon room was bigger than we thought it would be and so stylish. The bathroom was perfect too. Gym access too what more could u want rly I was so shocked.
