An relaxing stay in the city center of Helsinki! + Everything perfect. Stunning hotel and staff. I stayed at the Original Sokos Hotel Presidentti for five nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the main train station and the city's top sights.The room was very clean, modern, and full of natural light. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well.The staff were polite, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh fruit, pastries, and hot coffee. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Helsinki. I will definitely come back! − We didn't receive a couple of slippers for the room. Other people got them inside their room so they we're included but the receptionist told me to pay extra for them.

Good location and facilities.Breakfast was amazing. + Facilities were good. The location is very convenient, about 5 minutes walk to the shopping centre and only about an 10-minute walk to the main train station. The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel also provided a gym and, of course, a sauna. − However, the bathtub really needs a non-slip mat. The bottom surface is not flat and becomes extremely slippery when wet. I actually slipped and fell, and my big toe hit the tap underneath. It caused bleeding around my toenail. I would strongly recommend that the hotel provide a non-slip mat in the bathtub to prevent accidents like this.

Confortable + ¡La ubicación es perfecta! Muchas de las cosas que quería ver están súper cerca del hotel. Y es muy fácil desplazarse andando. − La distribución del desayuno no me acabó de gustar. Pero eso es opinión mía, supongo que cada hotel tiene una mecánica diferente. Por la comida, lo típico que se pone en un bufet libre.

very centric, nice breakfast + - the breakfast options were really good, might be a bit crowd during the pick hour, but even then you probably will find a table; - very close to the city center and train/bus station; - central park is just few minutes away; - self-checking options are available, self checkout as well; - you can leave the luggage in the luggage room - also pretty well organized; - the room (at least the one we stayed in) - was recently renovated. all in all - great experience. − all good

Expected better + Just arrived in our hotel and were asked to fill in a long registration form - no other hotel in Europe has asked us for it. Then, when we arrived on the sixth floor, when leaving the lift, there was no direction where our room is located. We took the wrong term, unnecessary walking. Then in the room safe and Airconditioning did not work and could not be repaired. Other room was offered, but we were already unpacked so we decided to stay put. We asked for our window to be open. Very disappointing!
