+ If you are taking a cruise, this hotel is in an ideal location. I did spend a few days in Barcelona prior to my cruise departure and it was perfect. The staff is wonderfully friendly and efficient. I was even able to store some of my luggage here while I was on my cruise and picked it up after. Definitely recommended.

+ The hotel is in a perfect location. It is beautiful! Every time we come to Barcelona we stay here. We love the staff! The rooms are spacious with a balcony. He also love the showers and ended up telling our contractor to make a shower like the web in the hotel in our home.

+ Probably the most convient hotel to use before a cruise. Right at the drop-off for the cruise buses over to the ships. Staff was absolutely outstanding in all areas. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, especially by European standards.

Friendliness + The staff was excellent and very friendly. Mariona was very understanding when we had a problem with our first room so she moved us to a better room asap because the situation couldn’t get fixed. Also with her and fellow staff they answered every question we had and gave us tip on how to get around Barcelona.

+ We did not use the spa facilities. The staff, especially the front desk, and in particular Sergi, were excellent. Possibly the most helpful and efficient front desk staff we have ever encountered at any hotel. The room cleaning staff could have been more focused. They did not clean the dirty wine glasses and left towels for one fay and two people only. More towels would have been appreciated. Overall, an excellent staff and facilities. The daily buffet style breakfast was exceptional. We will sing the praises of this hotel to our friends/family. we will return to this hotel in the future.
