+ تجربه جميله جدا هادئ والرسيبشن متعاونين ولطيفين جدا خصوصا الاخ اسلام ينقصه القليل من الانشطه معزول قليلا لايوجل حوله شي ولكن داخله سوبر ماركت

اعتقد لو تم الاهتمام أكثر بالنقاط الى تم ذكرها سيكون الفندق أفضل بكثير.. + افضل مايميز المكان المطعم بجميع العاملين بة وبالاخص محمد حامد مدير المطعم و رمضان السيد الشيف و محمد عثمان الشيف.و مينا و مصطفى بالمطعم. وعلاء الشيف .. وذكى club car وبالاستقبال اسلام فعلا شخص مميز جدا بالاحتواء لحل المشاكل . و بالحجز محمد حسن . − عدم وجود اى أنشطة ترفيهية نهائيا. عدم وجود اى إمكانيات على الشاطي او حمامات السباحة.

Staff not trained enough. You can hardly see Jaz quality there. Would definitely not pay a stay again there. + Spacious clean room. Zaki the golf cart driver polite and helpful. Beach boy Omar very friendly. − Bad dining experience. Low food quality, staff demotivated, crowded restaurant always full you have to wait till you get a chance to have a table. Low variety and low quality. Bad experience with Front office staff Islam and the manager Khaled. Beach is 15min walk or you have to wait long time because they have only 2 or 3 golf carts.

Could be Amazing If Making Few Changes + Clean- professional staff-quiet-superb food − -No live activities or shows at night at all. Except someone playing music at Dinner. -You pay for any drinks including water at Dinner but not in breakfast. Same as on the beach, you have to pay. -Isolation between rooms/condos are not the best. I can hear the loud noise of the kids next to me.

+ - تنوع الطعام في العشاء وجودة الطعام. - ال staff متعاونين. − - فكرة وجود الغرف خارج مبني الفندق سيئة جدا وبتميل اكتر لفكرة الشالية. - عدم نظافة حمام السباحة وجود ريش طيور واكواب مياه، ووجود حشرات بجانب حمام السباحة. - الشاطئ الخاص بالفندق ملئ بالصخور لا يصلح للنزول.

Exceptional stay for a family trip + The place and the staff is super family friendly, I had my 6 months old son with me, they helped us alot and was super decent and friendly, The pool is super family friendly, People on the beach and the beach facility itself, the golf cars we used to reach the beach I thought this would be slow and inconvenient, but in real life , they was super helpful − Actually nothing, although I had stays in different places and big chains in Egypt, in 2026 this is the best 👌🏻
