I will definitely return to this hotel + The hotel is located approximately 40 minutes from the airport. From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. We were welcomed with refreshing drinks and enjoyed a smooth and efficient check-in process. Once we received our wristbands, we were immediately able to make use of the all-inclusive facilities. After taking a short tour of the hotel, exploring the beautiful gardens and beach, and enjoying lunch, our room was ready. At my request, I was allocated a room in a quieter part of the resort, away from the animation programme and main pool area, with a lovely sea view. It was the perfect location for guests seeking peace and tranquillity. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a renovated bathroom equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer. The room also featured individually controlled air conditioning. The minibar contained two fruit juices, one Coca-Cola, one Sprite, and two bottles of water. …

Great hotel + English We had a wonderful stay at Palm Royale Soma Bay. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, while the beach was absolutely beautiful with crystal-clear water and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to thank Beshoy Romany, the bartender, who was outstanding. He was always smiling, attentive, and made every visit to the bar a pleasant experience. Employees like him make a real difference and deserve recognition. The only negative point was the very loud music late at night. The speakers were located directly below our balcony, making it almost impossible to sleep until the evening entertainment had finished. Reducing the volume or relocating the speakers would significantly improve the comfort of guests staying in those rooms. Apart from this issue, everything else was excellent. Perfect holiday + Very beautiful place with the perfect beach. Our family room was very large, nicely furnished and spotless. All the bars are beautiful, especially the pool bar. The guy working there is the best employee in the hotel, always smiling and polite. The food is very nice, with a choice for everyones taste and all a la carte restaurants are fantastic. Strong recommendation for everyone that want to enjoy a perfect holiday.

This haven of tranquility provided the perfect backdrop for renewal, allowing me to fully recharge after a challenging chapter. The exceptional service was evident right from the start, with a seamless check-in process led by the friendly reception team. I want to extend a special commendation to the reception team, the culinary team, the beach attendants, the food and beverage staff, and the housekeeping team. Their unwavering attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my stay truly memorable. This week of absolute peace has provided the energy and inspiration I need to move forward with renewed focus.

+ We booked a room with pool view all inclusive, the view from our room was beautiful and we could see the sea & the pool. The location of the hotel is exceptional, a long sandy beach and the water is very clear.There is also a vast pool. The staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel architect is beautiful, the lobby with live music, we sit daily after dinner enjoying it. − The food was not quite what I expected from a 5-star resort. Breakfast was good, especially the bakery selection. However, dinner was below average—it lacked taste and variety, and some dishes were undercooked. The desserts, on the other hand, were very tasty. Lunch was good overall, but the variety of dishes was somewhat limited.Unfortunately, by the end of my stay, I found that the food was not very friendly to my stomach, which affected my overall dining experience.

Der Sandstrand bietet eine sehr entspannende Atmosphäre und ist perfekt für kleine Kinder. • Sauberkeit: Der Reinigungsservice war sehr gut und unsere Zimmer wurden immer perfekt sauber gehalten. • Außergewöhnliches Personal: Das Personal am Strand und im Rezeptionscafé war unglaublich proaktiv und hilfsbereit. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Aya, die sehr fröhlich und toll zu meinen Kindern war, sowie an den freundlichen Pasta- und Pizzakoch am Buffet. • VIP-Frühstück: Da wir über Booking.com gebucht haben, hatten wir Zugang zum VIP-Restaurant für das Frühstück. Es war durchweg hervorragend und der Koch machte fantastische Omeletts. Il personale sempre gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta (in particolare i camerieri ). Ristorante di buon livello con varietà di cibo. − Anche se la spiaggia è prevista di una zona relax nel primo pomeriggio sarebbe auspicabile ridurre il volume della musica da parte degli animatori.

+ Beach is always great − This was our 5th time to stay there, we notice a great down grade in the service level, almost no one on the beach to assist you place your seats. Life gurads sitting chatting, Open buffet for dinner lack chioces if enough protine. Desserts look like it was eaten before. Even the staff clothing was not looking neat for those serving in the resutrant. Room cleaness is a big question mark, i felt like bed sheets were not clean and the duvet covers not washed. We had a good view if the sea from the room would be better if the glass was clean enough to watch
