    + The atmosphere and the animation are very professional specially paolo and alberto and rahma fantastic job but the reception and the security they are not helpful at all I had a problem with the security for no reason asking about my room number everyday although am wearing my bracelet really stupid mentality and when I raise the problem to the reception they didn't do anything and the same man next day do the same and also I was coming back from outside with my friends and they keep watching me when I enter the hotel and they send 3 security after me inside the hotel to watch me ... really it will be the last time to visit such a place it's disappointed that this hotel 5 start and they hired people with no experience or how to deal with V.I.P guest they makes me uncomfortable.. − The reception staff and security guards
