+ بصراحة المكان بالنسبه لي رضاوه كل شي متوفر وحتى ما يخلون مجال للزعل اهتمام جدا عالي واشكر كل الموظفين هناك وبالأخص المدير العام الاستاذ محمد وكل طاقم العمل على رحابه صدورهم − ما فيه شي ماعجبنا بالعكس كل شي كان حلو وحتى لو فيه شي مجرد تواصلك معهم يرضونك كانت ولله الحمد تجربه ممتازه واكيد المكان له تكرار

+ Personnel accueillant à l'arrivée mention spéciale pour Mohamed de la réception. Les chambres sont de grandes tailles pratiques et propres.. − Nous avons remarqué un manque de civisme des locaux ( égyptiens ) se permettent énormément de choses qui ne sont pas correctes avec l'approbation du personnel (certains) Ils ne font pas la queue dans les restaurants, dans les attractions et sous les yeux du personnel. Plusieurs touristes avaient l'air très agacés et prenaient les devant même si parfois compliqué !! Cela peux vraiment nuire à un sejour et faire perdre des clients Vraiment dommage.

+ Food, entertainment, cleanliness and well maintained facilities. − I would have given a score of 10 except for the following: 1. I booked this for a companion friend and his 2 kids from while in USA. My friend is Egyptian. I booked my family in the adjacent Pickalbatros resort. Upon checking in they did not honor my reservation I made for my Egyptian friend because he is Egyptian nad apparently has different pricing and cannot use U.S. pricing. I was forced to cancel reservation and he had to make his own reservation. 2. The show in that resort Supposed to be accessible to the other 2 adjacent Pickalbatros resorts and vice versa. It is not and have to pay for it. However, with talking to front staff they "reserved us to go it 2 days later" which I ended up not going and staying in our other resort for unique activities that night. My recommendation is to be upfront with any restrictions and place it on booking.com to avoid misunderstanding or disappointment. Otherwise there was n…
