סהכ היה נפלא צוות בידור נפלא ותמורה יותר מהוגנת למחיר ששולם , אופציה נהדרת לחופשה קלילה עם המשפחה + מקום מעולה , יש פארק מים שעונה על הציפיות, יש הפעלות במהלך היום, צוות מסביר פנים, אוכל מגוון, 11 בריכות הכל נקי הריזורט ענק, נמצא בדיוק בטיילת מול השוק של נעמה ביי, החוף מהמם , יש צ'יינג' כספים אוטומטי במקום ו2 כספומטים מה שסופר נוח, החדר שקיבלתי היה בדיוק כמו בתמונה, כך גם הריזורט שהיה יפה יותר מהתמונות, סהכ תמורה סופר הוגנת למחיר ששילמנו, לא מדובר בחופשת יוקרה עם אוכל גורמה, אבל כן מדובר בחופשה שלא חסר בה דבר סופר כייפית עם יחס מהמם ומחיר הוגן ביותר, כמו כן המזגנים היו מעולים − החדרים כן זקוקים לריענון קל מבחינת התחזוקה והשירותים בלובי, האינטנט האלחוטי לא היה משהו , הריזורט ענק ולכן חדרים מרוחקים תלויים בגולף קארט אבל זו זמינה עד 12 בלילה על כן לא מדובר בביג דיל

+ البوفيه كان جميل جدا ومتنوع جدا حمام السباحة رائع − انقطاع الانترنت طيلة فترة الإقامة بحجة وجود مشكلة ف الكابل الرئيسي عدم توفر سيارات الجولف ع مدار الساعة واللي هي مفترض بتنقلني من السكن للمكان الرئيسي للمسبح او المطعم عدم احترافيه بعض العاملين في التعامل وخاصة مع الجنسية المصرية

+ The room was comfortable and spacious,the beach was clean and the water park was fun − Our stay was unfortunately affected by several issues related to the resort’s location, transportation services, and accessibility arrangements. The property is located quite far from the main facilities and surrounding areas, making transportation by golf cart essential. Unfortunately, the waiting time for the golf cart was often quite long, which was very inconvenient. In addition, the golf cart service operates only from 8:00 AM until 12:00 AM. This is particularly inconvenient in Egypt, where people typically go out later in the evening. Due to the limited operating hours, we were often forced to return to our room earlier than we would have liked, simply because transportation was no longer available. We also experienced a significant issue regarding the wheelchair we had requested in advance. Before our arrival, we contacted the resort through the Booking.com chat and specifically requeste…

אני מאוד לא מרוצה אני מבקשת גם החזר כספי ויש לי אחות ויש לי וידאו העביר אותי שתי סוויטות על הפנים אין חשמל אין מזגן אין + היה ממש עצוב לא נהניתי לא אני ולא הילדים היית חופשה על הפנים שמו אותי בחדר חדר על הפנים ויש לי תמונות ויש לך אחות באמת אני מאוד עצובה לא קיבלתי מה שמגיע לי − מאוד מלוכלך שירות על הפנים שירות גם על הפנים שמו אותנו בחדר העבירו אותנו שלוש סוויטות וטוב בארבעה ימים אני החזרתי הביתה לפני ביומיים אני מאוד עצובה ילדים שלי לא נהנו
