Soggiorno piacevole ma migliorabile! + Abbiamo soggiornato al JAZ Solaya e, nel complesso, è stata una bellissima esperienza, soprattutto grazie alle persone che lavorano all’interno della struttura. È proprio il personale a fare la differenza: tutti sono sempre sorridenti, disponibili e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti. Una menzione speciale va ad Ahmed, che ci ha seguito dal primo all’ultimo giorno della nostra vacanza. È sempre stato presente, pronto ad ascoltarci, aiutarci e venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Una persona davvero professionale e attenta, che ci ha fatto sentire seguiti e accolti per tutta la permanenza. Anche i camerieri sono stati stupendi, in particolare quelli del ristorante Olivo, dove abbiamo mangiato praticamente sempre. Gentili, sorridenti e sempre disponibili. Passano continuamente tra i tavoli per assicurarsi che non manchi nulla e chiedono spesso se desideriamo qualcosa da bere: un servizio davvero attento. Anche il manager del ristorante merita un…

+ Щиро дякуємо Jaz Solaya за прекрасний відпочинок! За 2 тижні нашого перебування все було на найвищому рівні: різноманітна їжа в ресторані готелю та в ресторанах а ля карте, кожного дня прибирання в номері із поповненням свіжої води в скляний фірмових пляшках, дуже зручний захід в море з пісчаного пляжу або понтону, кожного дня і ввечері різні розваги для дітей і дорослих. Ввечері насолоджуємося чудовою атмосферою в супроводі живої музики . Ресторани і бари працюють постійно з великим вибором різноманітних страв та напоїв! Дуже смачне морозиво в необмеженій кількості можна брати вдень на барі біля басейнів, а ввечері в ресторані ! Ми вже другий рік поспіль обираємо готелі цієї компанії і обовʼязково повернемося ще не раз!

Très bon établissement, sécurisé avec un accès plage magnifique + Le lieu en lui même: baie avec nombreux poissons et coraux 🤩 !! L’hôtel dont notre chambre : spacieuse, propre (merci Mohamed), climatisée… L’accueil fantastique : nous sommes arrivés à 8H et nous avons pu accéder à notre chambre de suite (au lieu de 14H). La wifi partout même si « relativement faible ». − Rien ou presque : quelques employés peu souriants (mais c’est partout pareil), les démarcheurs sur la plage qui poussent à la consommation (comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels) et la Wifi : partout certes mais faible. Impossible d’accéder à Booking.com, ce qui fut compliqué pour les billets retour…

كلاكيت خامس مرة + خامس مرة ب سولايا ❤️ و كل مرة احلي من التانية 👍 كل حاجة فيه ليها طعم خاص . من استقبال لغرف لبحر لمطاعم لبسين لاكوا لسناكس للعاملين و بالاخص حبيبي قلبي مستر طارق اللي اهتم بكل تفصيله من قبل الوصول للوصول للاقامه للمطاعم المتخصصه للغرف حقيقى محترف .شكر خاص للشيف محمد مدير المطاعم و لكل العاملين و المديرين . والى اللقاء للمرة السادسة ان شاء الله .🥰
