+ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ D’excellentes vacances en famille ! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cet hôtel, et ma fille a particulièrement adoré le séjour. La nourriture était vraiment très bonne, aussi bien au restaurant principal qu’au niveau des différents restaurants à la carte, qui nécessitent de réserver à l’avance. Il y a également un super parc aquatique, ainsi qu’une petite fête foraine, ce qui est vraiment un plus pour les familles avec enfants. Pour les plus petits, il y a une piscine parfaitement adaptée aux enfants, avec des espaces où ils ont pied et beaucoup de toboggans. Ma fille s’est vraiment régalée ! Le personnel est formidable, très accueillant, souriant et toujours aux petits soins pour les clients. C’est clairement l’un des points forts de l’hôtel. Le seul petit point négatif concerne l’accessibilité des chambres : de ce que j’ai pu constater, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. wifi dışında herşey mükemmeldi + Aqua park oldukça kullanışlı az yorucu otel gayet konforlu yeni odalarda ütü tartı dair herşey düşükmüştü temizlik hergün yapılıyordu çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlü özellikle aquaparkların orda havlu seren personel jet hızıyla sürekli havlularımıza yetişip elimizden alıp seriyordu. Havuzlarda sipariş üzerine hamburger pizza tavuk nuget gibi yiyecekler saat 5 kadar sürekli servis ediliyordu. Yemekler orta düzeyde iyiydi mısırdaki genel olarak otellerde olacak seviyede her çeşit yiyebileceğiniz yemek mümkün yinede. Akşam konaklayanalar için 7-8 arası bir saat lunapark ücretsiz çocuklu aileler için gayet güzel. − Wifi çok kötü restoranta hiç çekmiyor dört kişilik bir aileydik 3 kişiden fazla bağlanınca kesinti oluyordu.havuz kenarlarında kara sinekler bar çok rahatsız edici gerçekten.

I would like to give a very special thank you to Ihab, the Reception Manager at Serenity Alma Heights, who truly made ou + had a wonderful stay at Serenity Alma Heights and really enjoyed my experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with a lovely atmosphere throughout. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very well looked after. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and there was plenty to enjoy during our stay. Everything was well organised, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Serenity Alma Heights to anyone looking for a great hotel for a relaxing holiday. I would happily return again!

+ All the staff are respectful, helpful, and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Emad, who was very professional and helpful from the first day, even before my arrival, all the way until my departure. I truly appreciate his support and wish him and the entire team all the best. − The evaluation/feedback form should be given to hotel guests in their rooms one day before departure, rather than at check-out. This would be more effective, as guests would have enough time to provide thoughtful feedback and suggestions.

+ Emad salama danışma personeli daha otele gelmeme 1 gün önceden benimle iletişime geçip uçak saatlerimi sordu ve ona göre odaya erken giriş ve geç çıkış konusunda çok yardımcı oldu çok teşekkür ederim. Personellerin hizmeti çok güzeldi. Güler yüzlü ve yardım severlerdi.
