Jestem rozczarowana, na pewno tam nie wróce i nie polecę nikomu. + Plusem hostelu jest lokalizacja na starym mieście, blisko atrakcji turystycznych, sklepów i transportu publicznego. Pomocna jest też możliwość zameldowania o dowolnej godzinie. Na plus oceniam dostępna we wspólnej przestrzeni kawę i herbatę. − Niestety dużo więcej jest na minus, zwłaszcza w porównaniu do hostelu, w którym przebywałam zaledwie kilka dni wcześniej w innym mieście i który oferował znacznie lepsze warunki za podobną cenę. Nie mam problemu z dzieleniem łazienki z innymi gośćmi - wiedziałam o tym rezerwując pokój. Ale dzielenie łazienki z grzybem jest nieakceptowalne. Grzyba czuć było w powietrzu i widać na ścianach. Boję się co się działo pod deskami pokrywającymi sufit. W jednej z łazienek słabo działał odpływ pod prysznicem, w innej uchwyt prysznica sprawiałwrażenie jekby miał zaraz odpaść, w trzeciej było tak ciasno, że myłam zęby przy otwartych drzwiach, żeby się nie obijać. Terrible experience and unacceptable management – Absolutely NOT recommended + 🇮🇹Esperienza pessima e gestione inaccettabile – Assolutamente sconsigliato Soggiorno da incubo. La seconda notte sono rimasto chiuso fuori dalla struttura perché l'host ha modificato il codice della cassetta del self check-in senza darne alcun preavviso. La mia chiave della stanza n°6 era all'interno. Nelle istruzioni non era minimamente specificato che la cassetta fosse "monouso" e che non potesse essere riutilizzata per riporre la chiave. Tornato da Helsinki all'1:00 di notte, ho provato a contattare il numero di emergenza per ben 5 volte consecutive, senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Totale menefreghismo e assenza di assistenza. Come se non bastasse, ad oggi si sono persino rifiutati di rimborsarmi la notte non usufruita. It can't get more central! We loved it and would have stayed more. + Excellent welcome from the hostel stuff. Clean room, nice big bathroom. We even used the historic elevator which lifts you to the 4th floor, it worked well. Vitalina at the reception helped us out when we had an issue with our flight. A big warm thank you! ♥️ − Everything was great.

Edullista ja toimivaa majoittumista korvatulpat pakolliset.😁😁 + Vanhan kaupungin ytimessä, mikä on samalla hyvä ja huono puoli. Pyykkien pesu onnistui helposti henkilökunnan toimesta. Keittiö on pieni mutta toimii. − Polkupyörä täytyy kantaa portaikossa ylös. Vessat liian pieniä ja ei juurikaan intimiteettiä.

Bien, pero... + La ubicación inmejorable, sobretodo por el precio. Los aseos estaban muy limpios. Te dejan dejar el equipaje antes de la hora de check-in. Tienen muchas comodidades (hay cocina, para hacer te, secador, plancha de ropa etc.) − La cama que nos tocó fue horrible, además como muchos comentarios indican hay un bar abajo, y si toca día de mucho movimiento y no estas acostumbrado al ruido, es complicado dormir. Si los del bar están tranquilos, la zona esta bien. Hay que descalzarse al entrar.

Сервис на минималке + Место − Уборщица забыла оставить нам ключ, ватцап и телефон молчал, хорошо, что поднялись на этаж и случай её встретить, без извинений, просто вытащила ключ из кармана. Сервис по минимуму, на ночь переспать гуд, более/нужно думать

+ la habitacion era muy grande, al igual que la cama, me parecio comoda. La ubicacion genial ya que estaba en el centro. La cocina estaba en otra planta pero muy completa. Hay ascensor − en la habitacion hacia bastante calor y si habrias la ventana segun a que hora se escuchaba bastante jaleo por la calle
