Falta de mantenimiento + La ubicación − Camas incómodas, limpieza escasa y ventanas rotas (nos las arreglaron un poco a regañadientes cuando lo pedimos)

+ Excelente ubicación, a solo unos pasos de la playa. El apartamento estaba limpio, la piscina muy bien cuidada y el ambiente era tranquilo. Nos sentimos seguros durante toda la estancia y sin duda volveríamos.

+ Que la playa esta a unos pasos del alojamiento , y la tranquilidad del lugar, ña de la rescisión fue muy amable − Que la cocina tiene pocas utensilios de cocina, que el aire gotio agua y la pared tenía filtraciones en el cuarto

Moldy pillows and rude owner + Close to the beach. − Dirty. The pillows full of mould. After arriving at the accommodation we were very tired after arriving from Caberet, so we laid down in the bed, OMG how stinky were the pillows, we checked the pillows to find out, that they are full of mould. After contacting the owner he offered to go to another apartment which has the same problem. Later the owner cane personally and kicked us out of the property. He offered to cancel the reservation in case we chose “changing plans” and didn’t mention the real reason otherwise no refund. Customer service from booking is just useless. No action is taken. Who doesn’t believe, just feel free and try to book a night there.

It served it's purpose + The location was wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful, the place was pretty clean the neighborhood felt safe. It had a clean pool and was just steps away from the beach , dining, and nightlife(bars). − My first unit was on the 3rd floor which I refused since I'm afraid of heights and a little clumsy,the stairs were tight and no hand rails wichi know is a thing in Dominican architecture! In the substitute unit the bed was full size (quite cozy) and lumpy. Bring a mattress topper! In the pictures the furniture looked plush and comfy but it is NOT! The outside area behind the unit was also a little junky/scary.

+ Me tuve que ir la cama era solo un sprin me robaron. No me devolvieron nada 400$ dolares que le sirva para pagar medicina − Nada me gusto. El tuve una visita y me llamaron la policía sin avisar
