Escape the snow 2025 + Nice resort. Beautiful rooms with very comfortable beds and pillows. Food was good and Hermann's International restaurant was exquisite. Little beach was great and grounds were beautiful. Clean, beautiful and very enjoyable resort. Staff very friendly

Is like a second home away from home! + I love the place, peaceful and the staff spectacular, I try to go at least twice a year since 2020, love the way the staff is always paying attention to every detail! As soon as you step at the reception area, bar, always with the smile making sure, everything is on point. The room clean. Food good, service good. Francis, Juan Davel, José, Jhael, Fabia, Sandy, Harrison, Juan Ramón thank you!! Keep it up, and see you soon!

Don't eat the Sorbet!! (hygiene issue) + We were there at the end of November 2025. The good: -Not very busy on the select side. Always chairs available but not always with a parasol. -It was quick to get drinks at the bar no lineups at all. There was also an option to get sandwiches ordered at the bar from 12pm to 3pm every day and they were very good. -They also had a snack area beside the bar from 12 to 4pm although it was very small (and they kept items at room temp, so after fish or meat has been sitting there for 4 hours, I wouldn't risk eating it). -Air conditioning in the rooms worked very well but loud. The rooms were big and staff was friendly. -The Jacuzzi was actually heated which was nice first thing in the morning when the pools were a little colder. -The location was good, close to sosua beach and good for snorkeling and diving. -Beach was nice but not adults only. Diving and snorkeling staff at onsite center were good. Not great: - No towels or water replenished mos…

It was good. + Cleaned and well maintained − Everything was nice except for the food. A lot of repetitive of the food. I noticed that the same food they had for lunch were served for dinner.

+ Tenía playa privada − Los licores del select no eran tan buenos, pagué extra por licores importados y había pocos licores así, todo nacional. La habitación pensé que era la que tenía piscina ahí mismo, pero no.
