+ La localización − El lavamanos de la entrada de la habitación no funcionaba, tenía una fuga en la tubería, y el lavamanos del baño de la habitación principal no salía agua, osea que para lavarse los dientes se tenía que hacer en el baño donde el lavamanos tenía fugas de agua y uno se mojaba los pies

Great staff not so great accommodations + The staff was very professional and friendly. They were very responsive. The apartments were nice, liked the lay out. − The apartment felt dirty. They didn't do a good job of cleaning it before we got in. Everything in the apartment felt outdated and very used. The microwave wasn't working and we couldn't shut off the A/C. Our bedroom got very cold at night.

VACACIONES EXCELENTES PARA DISFRUTAR EN FAMILIA. + Todo excelente − Cortes de luz a diario pero no muy prolongados (cosa que no tiene que ver con Balcones del Atlántico sino con la red de Samaná). Pero, al cortase la luz te quedas sin agua, que eso sí debería mejorar el complejo para que una cosa no derive en la otra.

The location itself is beautiful and pristine but the amenities could use some upgrading. + The location was great, except there aren’t a lot of walkable options to get food/needs (that’s not the resort’s fault, but you definitely need a vehicle if you don’t arrive equipped with everything you may need). The room was amazing. As soon as we walked in we wished we had booked a longer stay. The size and the style and the cleanliness of our room was really incredible. The jacuzzi and outdoor space was an unexpected but very appreciated bonus. The proximity to the beach and the beach itself was wonderful-very pristine and peaceful beach. The staff at reception (who was pretty much the only staff we interacted with) was very friendly and welcoming and accommodating. I had a few conversations via WhatsApp with staff and they were helpful and responsive in a timely manner. − During our stay there was no power for about 6 hrs on the day we were checking out. Las Terrenas un paraíso. Balcones no es lo que eran + La ubicación excelente. Las Terrenas maravillosas, Balcones no tanto − Reservamos apartamento con ascensor y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Cuando llegamos el apartamento no tenia ascensor ni funcionaba el aire acondicionado del salón. La persona que nos atendió no dio ninguna solución al problema. Ademas, las cañerías del baño principal olían mal. Es el motivo de mi baja puntuación
