+ Fue un viaje de pareja y disfrutamos al máximo mi esposo dice que es un lugar que nunca va a olvidar, el confort, el lujo, todo, te sientes top. Un ambiente muy romántico y a la vez familiar. Desde que llegas siente la calidez y amabilidad de sus empleados, el chico del checking es muy amable creo que se llama Ame (o algo parecido) me dieron la opción de hacer late check out y nos vino muy bien ya que pudimos disfrutar un poco más. El trato en el restaurante italiano 5/10 La pizza muy quemada y muy subida de sal El mesero no esperaba bien a que le ordenáramos algo del menú y se retiraba sin uno terminar de pedir. Una locura total. Por lo demás 10/10 la piscina infinita NOS FASCINÓ. Suele estar vacía desde la mañana como hasta las 12 del medio día ya en la tarde es más concurrida. El desayuno 10/10 todo delicioso, meseros muy amables y atentos.

Loved it + Highly recommend! There was a bit of a confussion with our reservation and we were given an upgrade, a couples massages and 10% discount in our meal fot the inconvenience.

+ This place blew my mind! Is amazing the hotel is beautiful and very well kept, the staff is friendly and professional and the views are fantastic! The food at the Italian restaurant was really good too. I would not only go again but invite my family and friends to come as well.

+ Thank you for the service- the staff was kind, however, we were a bit disappointed with the stock of items. Things on the menu were not always available or in stock and the minimart was always out of juice.

Not a 5 stars for sure + Room not ready for check-in at 6pm. Waited until 8pm and was given a room which AC wasn’t working, not mentioning zero upgrade or anything else after this mess.
