+ My recent stay here was honestly not great! For the price they charge, It is not a luxury resort. The food was terrible in the buffet. I actually became sick one night. I didn’t like that you have to book your specialty restaurant each morning at 9am sharp or you would not get an ideal time. They upcharge you for so many things that I am used to having it included with other all inclusive resorts I have stayed in. For instance top shelf liquor and fresh coconuts. The food was better in the specialty restaurants. The staff were friendly overall. I expected more entertainment and character experiences out and about. It just didn’t live up to what I expected for the price point. We could have went to another resort and saved thousands of dollars. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not the place to be.

+ The staff for the most part were friendly and helpful. My main concern was safety, there were vendors on beach at the resort, selling bracelets and handmade crafts. My husband purchased a few things from them, in front of the resort’s security. Paid via cash app, we later received text messages from these people demanding more money and sending threats to us. We reported this situation. The response we received was “it’s ok don’t worry, this is why we tell tourists not to buy from them”. We were never given this information, nor were we warned by the security guard on the beach. The staff stated they couldn’t control who goes on the beach since it is a public place. Needless to say, we were extremely uncomfortable sleeping in our room due to this situation. We also got sucked in a long promotion pitch about their rewards program. They offered free breakfast with the characters, for 1 hour of our time. It ended up being 3.5 hours and they charged us for the breakfast at checkout. To …

+ This is my 2nd time going. I love my room had the swim up pool. My kids in there everyday even after going to the bug pool where you hang out & listen to mysuc. I like the fact every night they had a different show. I also love they have alot of activities for the kids. My kids love the water park and the slime. The staff treated us like family. Everybody spoke even to the gardeners. ❤️❤️❤️ I will definitely go back a 3rd time. Highly recommend this place to take the lil ones.

+ I was not satisfied with the meals because they were not available all day when one was hungry. The room's TV had issues the entire trip. Even though we were compensated in another way, I was not happy with that. Karisma was the company that wanted us to join and kept insisting, and the representative was annoyed that we wouldn't join.

+ The food was horrible. We all got sick. No air conditioning in any of the restaurants or buffet, only at the ice cream parlour. Rooms didn’t have AC that went lower than 25 degrees Celsius. All glassware smelled like fish and alcoholic beverages tasted like soap because they didn’t have enough cups and would have to quickly wash cups to give out new drinks

+ Staying at an amazing hotel with great food is such a treat, isn't it? Imagine walking into a beautifully decorated room and instantly feeling relaxed. The smell of delicious food wafting from the restaurant always gets my attention. Having someone else cook amazing meals while on vacation is the best. I wish I was there right now!

+ Hice una reserva para mi cumpleanos, fui con mi mama, mi esposo, y mi hija reserve 3 dias 2 noches primero desde que llegamos al hotel se suponia que el check in era a las 3:00 pm, esperamos hasta las 3;30pm y me dicen pueden subir usted y su esposo a su habitacion y yo les dije como asi y mi mama su habitacion ? oh ella puede ir con ustedes su habitacion estara al lado que es que la estan terminando de limpiar me quedue en shock ok subimos porque andaba con mi bebe y quedaron de llamar o a mi que llamara eran las 4 y nada asi que llame y dicen ok puede ir a su hab. ya esta casi lista pero ya puede entrar , cuando llegamos a su hab. esta saliendo la de limpieza cerro la puerta y nos dijo que abrieramos con la llave pues tratamos y nada volvemos a mi hab. y llame a reservacion y me dicen que mi mama que baje a buscar la llave al momento le dije que me comunicara con un supervisor porque como iba mi mama a ir tan lejos a buscar una llave , entonces dicen ok le vamos a mandar una cas…

+ Would give it a 5 star however my room AC was broken for 3 days - and we only got it changed on the 4th/7 nights. Food options are available, activities every day Recommended for families with babies to 8 years old, not worth it for teenagers, At your seat service was great.
