Excellent location. + Location is excellent. Hotel has a bar and restaurant. Loved the roof top area to hang out after a day of touring. − The TVs in the rooms don’t work. The rooms need a little TLC.

Didn’t receive support and service from booking + It’s clean and conveniently located. − - A cleaning lady accessed my room in the middle of the afternoon, coincidentally I was getting a nap and with the extra lock, so she couldn’t open the door. I opened the door for her and asked what she needed, then she said that she forgot if she already cleaned the room. She did, that was my check in day. Very strange. - I also paid for one long bed room through booking and the property said that booking sent the wrong information. I received a full size bed and a twin bed, very disappointing. The employees careless and just look at me and did nothing. But the hotel is nice, clean and well located.

+ La ubicación es lo mejor de este hotel. Puedes ir caminando a donde quieras: restaurantes, sitios históricos, plazas, etc. − Las habitaciones. Al menos la que me dieron, tenía dos camas que claramente no cabían en la habitación, por lo que no se podía abrir la puerta del closet y sólo había un velador. Muy incómodo. Y la cama era bastante incómoda también.

+ Las camas eran muy cómodas, la habitación estaba muy limpia, y el desayuno fue excelente. − Los muebles están un poco viejos. Hay pocos enchufes (uno al lado del lavamanos y uno detrás del respaldar de la cama) entonces, para usar la cafetera que te proveen, hay que llevarla al lado del lavamanos y para cargar el teléfono celular y tenerlo cerca de la cama, tienes que mover la cama y desenchufar la lámpara). Por último, y entiendo que no es culpa del hotel, el ruido de la calle, particularmente los carros tocando bocina hasta las tres de la mañana, dificultan el sueño. Creo que es importante pedir una habitación en la parte de atrás del hotel. Un
