👌🏽👌🏽 + Stay was great. Mostly quiet environment. Great for a chill trip where relaxation and calmness is the goal. Food was good. Would've preferred more Dominican focus dishes to represent the country. Entertainment team were very great at putting on shows for the guest. Shout out to Luis, Michael, and Lisbeth that made every show fun.

Excellent stay for excellent value! + The welcome was delightful as we were greeted with fresh drinks and cool towels. Beautiful open lobby. Loved the all inclusive drinks from several open bars around the property. And free snacks at the beach during the night. It was a thrill to sit in the pool and enjoy drinks at the swim up bar in the extremely clean pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team is fire!! They rock! The buffet has a wide variety for all eaters. The beach was clean and set up for a divine sunrise or sunset experience. Room stayed cool with ac and fan.

+ El restaurante a la carta, el buen servicio de Rafael nuestro mesero muy atento. Adicional el entusiasmo del staff de entretenimiento. Y excelentes capuchinos. − La poca variedad en el menú de alimentos y que no se recargo la nevera con más bebidas. Solo las que estaban al llegar y luego solo 2 botellas de agua.

Fracaso total − No hay veriedad en la comida todos los días lo mismo, la luz se fue y nos movieron a tres habitaciones diferentes porque ninguna funcionaba el aire y lo hicieron 4 horas después porque bajamos con la maleta porque nos íbamos en la última habitación que ahí nos quedamos porque estábamos muy cansados el único bombillo que funcionaba era el del baño en conclusión fuimos a descansar y terminamos cansados y estresados

El hotel necesita remodelación ya que la habitación guarda como húmeda . Camareros mejorar servicio + La recepción son muy amables y ese masaje excelente no va incluido pero vale la pena pagarlo . − Algunos camareros tienen diferentes con el dominicano y el extranjero, has y los más importantes ya es necesario una remodelación a esa estructura
