+ Номера чистые, персонал очень внимательный. Отель расположен близко к метро и к морю, и до аэропорта три остановки на метро, цена приятная . − Я была в жару, мне не хватило кондиционера в номере. Очень маленький номер, еле проходишь вокруг кровати.

Arruinó nuestra estancia en Copenhague + Habitaciones muy pequeñas pero prácticas. − Todo pequeño: habitación, cama, baño. Más o menos limpio pero encontramos mucho polvo bajo las camas. Las habitaciones se limpian durante la estancia solo bajo demanda. Tuvimos una incidencia con la reserva, intentamos solucionarlo reservando una habitación adicional pero no podían ofrecernos solución completa al problema por disponibilidad. No aceptaron cancelar la estancia para los días en los que no nos ofrecían alternativa, por lo que tuvimos que reservar en otro hotel. Volvimos para hacer el check-out y recoger nuestras pertenencias y encontramos que habían entrado a preparar la habitación antes de que nosotros hiciéramos la salida. Hay más hoteles de la misma cadena en la ciudad, mucho mejor gestionados que este. Por su culpa perdimos 2 días de nuestra estancia en Copenhague.

gut + Gute Lage: Nah an Metro Station Richtung Innenstadt und Flughafen; nah am Amager Strand; nette Cafés und Supermärkte in der Nähe; Personal sehr freundlich, wir konnten sogar früher einchecken; die Zimmer sind relativ klein, aber wir hatten nur kleines Gepäck, daher war das für uns kein Problem; Betten waren gut; Gutes Konzept: Zimmer werden nicht automatisch sondern nur auf Wunsch gereinigt, Handtücher kann man bei Bedarf jederzeit tauschen; im Eingangsbereich gibt es gräumige (kostenpflichtige) Schließfächer für das Gepäck, wenn jemand sein Gepäck deponieren möchte; Parkplatz hätte es auch gegen Gebühr gegeben, den brauchten wir aber nicht − Zimmer ist etwas hellhörig und am Abend recht laute Musik von draußen. Wir waren sehr müde, konnten daher trotzdem gut schlafen.

Overall, a good-value stay with a few minor areas for improvement + The check-in and check-out process was really smooth, and we were even able to check in a few minutes earlier than the usual time. The rooms were clean and I really appreciated that they offered lockers for a small fee to store our luggage after check-out. − The room was quite small for two people, especially with luggage, so it felt a little cramped during our three-night stay. The room also wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and our towels weren’t changed, which would have been nice. The shower could also use some improvement - the shower didn’t have a proper door, so water ended up all over the bathroom floor. Overall, the stay was convenient, but these are a few things that could be better.

Ich würde gerne wieder kommen! + Das gute Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und die Lage machen das Hotel attraktiv. Es gab ein sehr schönes Frühstück in der attraktiv gestalteten 4. Etage. Auf dem Dach gibt es zudem ein paar Sitzmöglichkeiten bei herrlicher Aussicht. Sehr nützlich waren 2 Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. − Die Zimmer wählt man sich entsprechend der ehrlichen Beschreibung aus, daher verstehe ich einige überraschte Kritiken hier nicht. Ich wählte die einfachste Kategorie. Ja, es war sehr klein. Die Betten waren weich gefedert und schaukelten etwas. Mich störte, dass die Fenster nicht gekippt werden konnten. Weit auf ging bei Abwesenheit nicht, da Erdgeschoss… Es war also sehr warm im Zimmerchen. Das Bad könnte eine Renovierung vertragen, funktionierte aber gut.

Ottimo compromesso prr prezzo e distanza + Location pulita e ben organizzata c'è tutto, deposito bagagli colazione noleggio biciclette, vicino all'hotel ci sono 2 supermercati uno è la coop e alcuni ristoranti/bar. per cui è servito bene. La camera e il bagno erano di dimensioni giuste e puliti. − A piedi è un po distante dal centro almeno 1 ora e mezzo ( era scritto) però a 5 minuti a piedi c'è la fermata della Metro che con la linea M2 in mezz'ora arrivi in centro

+ The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choice (we especially liked wonderful fresh cinnamon rolls). Sitting by the glass window with fresh food and hot coffee was priceless. Although the room was small, it was enough for our short stay. We liked the top roof of the hotel with space for relax and socializing. − A kettle in the room would be very welcome. There was no space for storing clothes apart from hangers and one chair which may be problematic for people staying longer with bigger suitcases. It was enough for our stay with hand luggage.

Nemt og praktisk + Stille, rent og pænt og hjælpsomt personale. − At elevatoren ikke altid virkede. At man ikke fik tømt skraldespand ved konceptet om ikke rengøring. At man ikke kan hænge håndklæder til tørre på badeværelset - vigtigt når de ikke bliver skiftet. Vi kunne godt bruge elkedel og lille køleskab.

Hell - wenig Bewegungs- und Stauraum - warm - nah genug am Stadtzentrum + Freundliches Personal, helles Zimmer, hohe Decke, die Lage - nicht mitten in der Stadt, aber Zentrum per Metro in ca. 500m Entfernung gut zu erreichen. Auch das Wasser ist durch einen kleinen Spaziergang (Richtung weg von der Stadt) schnell erreichbar. Das Bad im Hotelzimmer ist nicht groß, aber auch nicht so extrem klein wie andere Bewerter geschrieben haben. Für Kopenhagen kommt man zu einem erschwinglichen Preis unter. − Wirklich extrem kleiner Hotelraum (11qm) für 2 Personen. Größere Koffer passen nirgendwo hin, auch nicht unter das Bett, so dass der sowieso geringe Bewegungsraum (ca. 2x so viel wie in einem durchschnittlich großen Wohnwagen) noch weniger wird. Man braucht den Koffer aber täglich, weil es für Kleidung 0 Ablagen gibt, gerade mal 4 (?) Kleiderhaken. Hier könnten wenigstens einige Regalbretter/ein offenes Regal an einer freien Wand etwas Abhilfe schaffen. Die Südseitenlage des Zimmers mit nur e…
