+ Maximálna spokojnosť tak, ako vždy. Už sme tu boli 5x, a mali sme sa v Prahe aj vďaka ubytovaniu v tomto hoteli fantasticky. Skvelá poloha, vybavenie izieb, čistota a personál na 1*. Tešíme sa na ďalšiu návštevu.

Very welcoming experience at the Hoffmeister + The staff was wonderful and every person I met did what they could to make sure I had a very pleasant stay. The location was close to the castle and all the main attractions, and trams.

Very average stay - definitely not a 5 star experience + The hotel food is exceptionally good. − The room is ok though the spa in the deluxe room is pretty meh. The carpet is old and rundown. Everything is mediocre. The staff unfortunately were a big let down. While one staff member was good the rest were pretty bad. The AC stopped working and they did nothing about it. We barely slept because it was so hot and stuffy. We finally had to make a big fuss for them to even do something about it. There were people screaming and shouting in the next room when we were trying to get some sleep as we had an early morning flight. When I called reception they said there's nothing they could do about it.
