Fresh stylish hotel in best location!!! + Nice new hotel in my fav location in Prague. Good personal, and what’s absolutely rare and important - nice tasty coffee!!! − Please improve and make bigger in room dining menu! Also please provide bigger bottles of water. And I will return again and again.

+ Znakomita lokalizacja - wszędzie blisko, przystanek tramwajowy pod hotelem, obszerny parking pod hotelem. Ładne pokoje, wygodne łóżka. Budynek robi wrażenie, wnętrza estetyczne. − Przy wejściu czasem parkingowi byli dostępni, a czasem nie. Musiałem sam wyciągać walizki z samochodu, co generalnie nie powinno mieć miejsca w tego rodzaju hotelu. Strefa spa bardzo mała, uboga, składa się w zasadzie z dwóch niewielkich saun (suchej, mokrej) i małej strefy wypoczynkowej (chyba na 4 czy 5 osób). Wszystko zlokalizowane w piwnicy (a aż prosiłoby się, żeby taka strefa była na najwyższych piętrach, z widokiem na miasto). Nie ma basenu. Do picia sama woda, nie ma np. wody aromatyzowanej czy ziołowych herbat, co jest raczej standardem w tego rodzaju przybytkach. Sprzątanie pokoi w dość dziwnych, późnych godzinach - mój pokoj był sprzątany np o godzinie 16, więc kiedy wróciłem z miasta musiałem poczekać, żeby wejść do pokoju.

+ The quality of the hotel is excellent, as always. − Extremely disappointing experience with the reception and check-in process. I stayed at this Hyatt just one week ago and checked in using my valid Czech residence permit card without any problem. This week, I returned to the same hotel with the same valid document, only to be told that it was suddenly not sufficient and that a passport was required. For a hotel operating under the Hyatt name, this level of inconsistency is unacceptable. Guests should not have to guess which documents will be accepted depending on the receptionist on duty. If the hotel has a specific check-in policy, it should be clear, communicated in advance, and most importantly, applied consistently. Instead of feeling welcomed as a returning guest, I was put in an unnecessarily uncomfortable situation at reception. I expected professionalism and consistent standards from Hyatt.
